Casa Andina is the best of the hotels we stayed in during our three weeks on mainland South America. It was also the only one with tea-making facilities (although no mini-fridge in which to keep milk. However, that wasn't problem as we had powdered milk). There is a small store close by - for getting supplies of basic foods and...

This hotel is well located for walking around central Cusco ( about 10 mins. to the central square). It is based upon a 'colonial' style hacienda with central courtyards but ( our room in particular) no outside windows to provide much natural light. Our standard room was small though adequate for a short stay. Friendly and very helpful staff both...

This was a comfortable and nice hotel in Cusco. For the positives, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was also nice with good water pressure. The main highlight of this hotel was the location as well as the fantastic breakfast buffet that is included with the stay. The buffet was delicious with a full...

The price for value is not worth it. There is no late roomservice at all, if your hungry at 1am you have to wait until the morning. There aren't any mini fridges in the rooms either. Plenty of other hotels that are worth the same cost but the service is better. Do not recommend it.

We just returned from Peru and while in Cusco we stayed at Casa Andina Private Collection. This hotel is in a little square very close to the main square (Plaza de Armas), so the location is great. We could step right outside the hotel and be in the main square with just a 5 minute walk. My young children and...

We stayed here only on our last night in Peru after finishing a trek Friday afternoon and needing to wait for a very early morning flight on Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the hotel. I had a decent massage in their on-site massage room. They made us a 'box' breakfast to take since we were...

We just returned from a 3 night stay @ the Casa Andina Private Collection hotel in Cusco. It is located about 4 blocks from the Cusco town square and two blocks from the main street (which is currently closed for construction). I felt very safe walking to and from the town square. The hotel was a former noblemen’s house built...

Very very disappointing if you are seeking 5 star hotel, which is what our travel planner had told us----NOT!!! To start, when the car pulls up to the hotel, it can't legally stop (exact opposite of valet parking, eve in Manhattan cars can pull up roadside for a few moments!)--you literally have to jump and run from the vehicle and...

Dear guest, Thank you for letting us know about your stay at our Private Collection Cusco hotel. We regret that we did not fulfill your expectations during your recent experience with us. We would like to mention to you that our hotel is raised in an 18th century mansion which has been recently refurbished. Also, this hotel is not allowed...
