The hotel is a sprawling colonial building built around a sunny colonial stone courtyard, peacefully removed from Cusco's fast pace - like a sophisticated country hotel in the city. Rooms offer superb distant views of Cusco's tiled rooftops and surrounding mountains or of the handsome arcaded interior courtyard and ample terrace. Tucked away in the heart of the city's most atmospheric neighborhood, San-Blas, the hotel has 4-wood-burning-chimneys, a rustic restaurant and bar, and delightful sitting areas. The hotel offers Internet Center, Wireless internet access, ATM, laundry service and breakfast buffet.

This hotel is well appointed, clean, safe, and in the heart of the San Blas neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and the San Blas artesinal market nearby. It's also a short ride (or modest walk) from central Cusco. The included breakfast was great and staff werre prompt in refilling any empty dishes.

Great location - less than 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Everything was clean, well cared for and beautiful. The included breakfast was so healthy (fresh cold press fruit and vegetable juice!) and tasty. The staff were so attentive and welcoming and handled all 7 of our group with such care. Jose, Sayuri and Kothi were amazing to us. If you’re in Cusco, definitely stay here!

Amazing service from start to finish, even with them forgetting to pick me up from the airport lol. It honestly didn't bother me and i would have given an excellent rating if not for that small mishap. When i arrived to the hotel i was greeted by Alfredo and Roberto who were very attentive to all my needs. My check in was smooth and Roberto even scheduled a Covid test for my departure. I stayed 3 nights in total, 2 before my retreat and came back to settle before my flight the next day. The rooms were extremely clean, cozy with reasonable size for such a decent price. Delicious breakfast served every morning and all the staff members were pleasant and well mannered. Other then maybe having some American TV channels as options (but i didn't ask lol) i have no complaints. In the end this beautiful establishment tucked away from the busy Cusco streets works well for someone like myself, and i would recommend this hotel for any first time solo travelers coming to Cusco. See you very soon

Great location in walking distance from the Plaza but far enough away to avoid noise. Clean rooms and hot showers. A breadth of breakfast options ranging from hot dishes to a variety of cereals. Friendly staff is eager to help. They work hard to respond to your needs and also provide details about local sites and services. Harol was a wealth of information conveyed in fluent English.

Luggage storage works well for longer excursions such as hiking the Inca Trail. My bags were in my new room upon return from four-day hike. Front desk has a scale to weigh bags to keep you within porter limits.

We stayed at Casa Andina San Blas during our recent trip to visit Cusco and The Sacred Valley. The hotel location was great; higher on the mountain and within walking distance of boutiques and nice restaurants. At night when you walked around the streets you could see the twinkling lights from homes further up on the hill. The hotel staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful and our double twin bedroom was clean and spacious. We chose to only eat fruit at the breakfast area since we prefered to visit a local cafe near the main square. Families with small children will need to be careful walking around (and with strollers) since the streets in Cusco are very narrow and pedestrians need to move to accommodate oncoming one way traffic.

I have been in Peru for 13 days and stayed here for two days at the beginning of my trip and 2 days after. I had my best sleep at this establishment. The rooms were clean and had wonderful views of the city. The cleaning and breakfast staff were very friendly. Edgar was fantastic and helped me with all of my needs during the day. His partner Yohan was also very helpful. In the evening hours Manlux was able to provide recommendations for places to eat as well as address any needs. Thanks so much to this team!

This hotel and staff are amazing! We were booked elsewhere and couldn’t stay because it was very dirty and loud. Casa Adina were able to accommodate us on short notice with a clean and beautiful room. Krisdell and Aderly R gave perfect service! They answered all of our questions, helped with taxis, and gave us recommendations on everything from money exchange to restaurants. They are what excellent customer service is all about. I recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Cusco. If you want to be treated with excellence and comfort come here! This hotel and its staff saved our trip! We felt at home and very taken care of.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Nice old part of the town. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Very important every day. We also enjoyed the lady at the inner-patio, offering various handmade pieces of work. We were here several days in May/June 2019.

We stayed in Casa Andina before and after hiking the Inca Trail and everything about it was lovely. We could easily walk to where ever we wanted in Cuzco, and the service was awesome. I had a cup of their Coca leaf tea each time I came in and out. The rooms were clean, courtyard was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. Would happily stay here again!

Me imagino que lo que quisiste escribir fue "peruanos". En mi opinión tratan muy bien a los peruanos, no hay ninguna diferencia con el cliente extranjero.
