We Stayed here two separate nights in different rooms. Traveled in Winter, however bed comforter was adequate and both rooms had small heather. Rooms are very good size and felt safe. Hostal is inside an old building so you never face the street directly. We experienced breakfast the first day and, upon request, staff was able to had some coffee...

Located about 2.5 blocks from plaza de Armas. My fiancée and I stayed here for one night and we very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, neat, and we had our bathroom which was very nice. Hot water was available in abundance. Breakfast was included which consisted of a spread and a lady that made eggs to order....

I speak very little Spanish and the desk gals speak very little English, but we managed to get taxis called, find out where a drug store is and find a supermercado (grocery store) that is large and very nearby. Comfy beds, super shower, nice breakfast. The building is over 100 years old and a classic beaty.

Loved this hotel -- very clean and nice. The staff was awesome and helped us book taxis and trips as needed. The location is very close to Plaza de Armas. The breakfast at this location was superb as well. 1-2 people in the morning make omelettes and other wonderful breakfast dishes. Great everything! The only caveat is that after we...

Dear Isabella: We took your complaint very seriously, like we told you we have watched all the video surveilance of those days, talked with all the workers and nobody touched your envelop, the only moments that the people took out the envelop from the safe box was when you where present. It's not true that we charged you the cancellation,...

I was there with a friend and we shared the room. The room was clean, the bathroom was not the best, the breakfast was very good. The staff is friendly, the living room in common is very nice. This accommodation is good located. I could be back there.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas or the San Pedro market, and we felt very safe here. There are two pharmacies on the corner so that helps if the altitude is getting to you and the Cruz Del Sur terminal is about 10 minutes by taxi....

Excellent place to stay, great service. Magnificent location, you can even ask the tours' staff to pick you up at the hostal. Hot water at all times and clean and neat rooms. Recommended. I even dropped one of my contact lenses into the handwash and they recovered it for me with no charge.
