I had two linked stays at this quirky little hotel in Cusco, with a trip to Machu Picchu in between. The first room I stayed in was lovely but very noisy as it was right over the reception desk; on my return I'd been moved to a wonderfully quiet, though dark, room at the back. Loved the local crafts everywhere,...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your comment. It is great that you appreciated and liked the decoration of the hotel; this is actually something we are working on because we consider decoration a key element in our hotel. We also take note of what you you wrote about the rooms; our guest's opinions are very important for us!...

We will never forget the efforts of Marco Antonio who surprised us with hot water bottles in our bed on our second days' stay at the hotel and bedtime chocolates on our pillows on a cold night. We appreciated being cozy that night as we had had a long day and were tuckered out from sight seeing...the bathrobes were a...

This boutique hotel is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the sights of Cusco! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice and quiet, and the breakfast is excellent! We were fortunate to get a room with a kitchen and sitting area downstairs, and a loft bedroom upstairs. The view of the city lights at...

The hotel is ideally situated and the common areas and the rooms are very nice, it has a terrace with rooftop views over the city. However the service at reception was impersonal to the point of being rude; no greeting or apparent recognition although we stayed for 4 nights! The small restaurant was OK at breakfast time but very poor...

Dear guest, Thank you for your comment. We are really sorry that you found the service at the front desk indifferent. For three nights we were treated to Casa San Blas. While the rooms were lovely, the staff and the level of service was what made our stay perfect. The turndown service with the hot water bottle was the nicest surprise of our trip, especially after a day of wandering the hills around Cusco. The tiny restaurant provided a very nice...

This hotel is a true pleasure to stay in. The staff make you feel so special. Each room had its own theme from Inca tradition. It helped to make the journey to the center of the Inca Universe easy. Clean and friendly hotel in a picturesque corner of Cuzco. Very good attention and wonderful staff. My room had private access to an Inca wall. Nice view from the roof terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, well equipped and clean room. Delivery of hot water bottles and chocolates in the evening made you feel looked after. A hotel to recommend! Casa San Blas is the first Boutique Hotel in Peru since 2003. Our cozy and intimate colonial house located in San Blas mingles the comfort and luxury with the customized service so you feel as home. Our philosophy in Casa San Blas, moreover, is that our guests have a real contact and experience with our traditions and knowledge. Thus, our guests admire elements of Peruvian culture such as traditionally hand-made weavings which are showcased throughout all our rooms and halls.
