Stayed here one night on our first night in Cusco and had mixed feelings. I'll try to be be fair in my review and start with the pros: excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff, decent breakfast, nice decor in the lobby and breakfast area. Now the cons: our room was terribly small with the only window opening to the...

We stayed at the hotel from de 28th of December Through the 2 of January and the experience couldn't have been worse First of all, they gave us a small, claustrophobic room without any windows or any Daylight, one side pointing the street which was noisy all night long and then the other side pointing to the dinning room which...

Visited Cusco with my mother and stayed at Terra Andina Hotel in November 2009. Had a marvelous few days, many delicious meals at the hotel (the alpaca steak was great and the eggs at breakfast blew my mind!) Had a room in the old portion and it was very comfortable. The staff were great, particularly Marcelino and Grover. So helpful...

Arrived in Cuzco, after overnighting in Lima travelling from the Galapagos & Guayaquil. Picked up by the Hotel, not all of the rooms were ready as it was early in the day. Nice staff, rooms were a bit strange, as the hotel has covered in courtyards that room windows open out to. Take it easy if this is your first...

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfast buffet each morning. Clean room. The hotel is very close to the center of Cusco, which is a great advantage. The only minus was the window of our room was pointing to the courtyard.

My husband and I stayed here in August 2015 for 2 nights. The hotel looks very nice, the nicest looking lobby out of all the hotels we stayed in during our travels in Peru. Th breakfast buffet was good and served in a nice open in-door courtyard. Our room was also nice. A decent size with a comfortable bed. Overall,...

I liked everything about this hotel. Great breakfast, customer service and the rooms were perfect. The location is a nice walk to the main square. You can walk just about anywhere from this location. We felt very safe. The San Pedro Market is right down the street. There is also a large grocery store a block away. You can buy...

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful, from the front desk to the wait staff. We liked the location as it was right by the SAN Pedro Market and few blocks from Plaza Armadas. Will definitely stay here again

My sister and I stayed at this hotel before Machu Picchu. The staffs were very friendly and nice. The breakfast was great with various options. We left our luggages while we went to Machu Picchu with them . My only complaint would be noisy issue like other travelers but i don't think it will get fixed, just ignore it or...

We loved the location - close enough to everything, but just a little off the beaten path. I loved hearing the school kids practicing their music from my window. Very comfortable accommodations. Very friendly and attentive staff very willing to call taxis, hold luggage, serve high altitude tea, and serve a ample breakfast as well as other tasty meals. We...
