We chose this hotel using trip advisor. Knowing there are hostels for around 10$ a night, I figured 45$ a night at a TA recommended place would get us a good basic hotel. The team was great, very helpful and attending, one of which also speaks good English, but everyone did their best to accommodate our needs. The rooms were...

Cusi Wasi is a completely charming and very welcoming hostel. It is located 10 minutes walk from the Plaza the Armas, the Plaza San Francisco and the central market. Welcome was very pleasant and the employees were always attentive to our needs and have met very well. Our room was of adequate size. It was located at the lower ground...

This nice hostal is lying a few blocks from the Plaza the Armas. I felled welcome from the first moment. The name "Cusi Wasi" means "Happy house" and that's what we feeled from the first minute. We get a "mate de coca" when we arrived in the hostal after they picked us up from the airport. Every morning they make...

Just as the pictures show, the sitting area is very quaint to sit and have your tea when you arrive. The room was clean and T.V. images were all clear with some English channels to watch. The WiFi was also very good. My boyfriend and I were able to get on our iPads with no problem, as well as use...

I found this hostel on hosteltraveler.com and booked it after reading many reviews, which were mostly very good. I agree: I must give them the maximum points in all categories: it couldn't be better. The only negative could be the room size: we had one of the smaller rooms, but that didn't bother me in the least because I didn't...

Cusi Wasi was a fine place to stay. the staff was nice but not many spoke English. They did a great job juggling our tour schedule around the farmer's strike so we were able to go to Macchu Picchu and do the city tour. We missed out on the Sacred Valley tour due to the strike but that was not...
