Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I was there with my cousin and we had a beautiful time there the energies are beautiful and the stuff are very nice to everyone. The price is good too. You have different activities in the hostel like table tennis and so on and it's in a good location maybe hundred meters of the center of cusco.. And you can be the Dj if you want to play some music in the beautiful hall in the center where everybody hangs out it's no problem.

The attitude in the hostel is very warm and pleasant and everything is arranged, the prices are very cheap and therefore I stayed there during the entire two weeks of my visit to Cusco. The location of the hostel is right in the center and allows you to get anywhere easily, very close to travel agencies and good restaurants. highly recommend! (And of course it's not the manager Carlos who improved the experience)

Awesome place to stay. Great staff, professional and accommodating. Definitely would recommend to stay here. Loved the surrounding area and the local food. Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price.

Big, cheap and nice hostel in central Cusco. About 25 soles/ night for a dorm, no breakfast included. Nice & helpful staff, who organizes everything you need from trips to transportation. Nice living área with pool table, table soccer, ping pong table & couches. Sanitary rooms & kitchen, however, are small and could be better.

Stayed in several private rooms in the hostel. Rooms, floors and sheets aren't clean, hot water in the shower isn't 24/7 and you're not told about that, and after one shower the other had to take one in the dorms because the water ran out. If that's not enough, the water in the sink and shower smells like sewage.
When we complained we got an answer like "first the sheets aren't clean now there's no hot water?" as if it was our fault and we were making that up.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

At £14 a night for a private double room it's hard to complain about very much. None the less, the hostel provided hot showers, wifi (albeit not very reliable in the rooms) and free pool, table tennis and table football. You were also able to bring in your own alcohol and they provided a warm dry area to drink and smoke if you wanted to. There is also a kitchen (really just 4 gas hobs) but that helps a lot if you are on a tight budget. It certainly isn't luxurious but we enjoyed our stay and Carlos on the front desk is amazingly friendly and helpful. They also provide a dirt cheap laundry service.

We stayed only one night at Felix and it was terrible! We love to have fun and party but during the night at this hostel was excessive. People we're literally screaming at the top of their lungs while playing ping-pong. Another thing that got us was we dropped our laundry off at the front desk to have it washed and the next day we go to pick it up and it's all still dirty!!! They charged us for dirty laundry so we had to demand our money back. Then we left and dropped the clothes off at a laundry place down the street and it was weighed at 5k not 8 and was half the price! What a rip off!!

A pretty standard room with private bathroom (accompanied by a fairly odd smell). Fairly friendly staff but in off-season it was weirdly quiet. This changed at night when the club next door started up and kept going all night. Good location, wifi in communal areas, and as with other places in Peru you can haggle for a good price.
