A great hotel, very helpful and friendly personnel. Very clean and right in the centre of the town. Thankyou for a wonderful experience. I really liked the Sunday display in the main square, a must to see.

This hotel is in old building with high step between the room end bathroom. Also, you have to enter the bathroom and close the door to use entire bathroom. Bathroom window was facing some emergency stairs or something, somehow uncomfortable. Bad odor and really small room, little bit too noisy. Big hole in the wall for a TV cable. Not...

Pros: - Location is great! Everything is within walking distance! 1 min walk to the city square, 2 mins away from a starbucks! The neighbourhood is safe to walk at night. - Big room (superior room). Huge bed, decent washroom. Some wasted space for the large sitting area. - Room was close to an elevator and it was quiet at...

Our stay was incredible! The hotel is right next to the Plaza del Armas, which is packed with restaurants, pubs, shops and everything you want. The area is extremely safe, with marvellous architecture and wonderful vistas. The staff was great, Ian, Rodrigo and Luis being always there for us, helping us with storing the luggage for the Inca Trail, offering...

The staff was very friendly and those working the reception desk all spoke English which was unexpected. i used the laundry service which picked up and delivered the same day (Saturday). The hotel was quiet as it is not...

The hotel was very clean and I used the laundry service which was same day, wow. The staff was terrific and very service conscious. I wish we still had the same spirit in...

We were a group of 22 and the staff at Casa Andina Classic were the best of all our 11 or 12 hotels during our tour. We stay here twice and received the same friendly efficient service both times. They organised laundry outside hotel hours and raced to a money exchange when they didn't have the cash to exchange. They...

This hotel is truly wonderful. It is, as other travelers have stated, simple, but it has everything you could possibly ask for. The staff is bilingual and very attentive. They went out of their way to check us in early and provide us with information about the surrounding areas. The rooms are simple, but extremely clean. They have extra blankets...
