We loved the location of the hotel, we were in the center. We could walk everywhere and only hired a taxi when we had to go either to the train station or airport. The breakfast was delicious and we absolutely loved eating it on the balcony overlooking the plaza del armas. The view was absolutely amazing and it was fun...

We enjoyed our one night stay here. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. There was a Juliette balcony that we kept closed because of the street noise. The breakfast was nice and the staff were friendly.

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff very pleasant. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety of food. The location is right at the Plaza which is lively but can get a little noisy at night. The view from the top of the hotel was gorgeous.

Excellent location and the room was surprisingly good after my initial reaction as I entered the basic looking hotel. Well appointed, good size, nice attention to detail, very clean ....also very noisy at night. Seems that is the price you pay for being in such a great location. All night dogs bark, horns beep, people shout, fire crackers go off....

Location was marvellous. Staff were very helpful & most spoke English. The restaurant was excellent with friendly opening times. My room was fabulous with a huge bed, just for me! The festival during my stay topped it all off.

The hotel has a great location, nice if not fancy rooms and a great staff that was eager to please. We stayed before and after doing the Inca Trail and the hotel was great at letting us store the luggage we were not taking on our hike. We had inside rooms for the before visit which were nice and very...

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe has good food and overlooks the Plaza which is nice. Only downside was the "no guests" policy - the hotel would not allow our friend to visit unless we registered them and paid for them to stay. Never heard of this...
