We stayed here for 2 nights before we started our Inca Trail Hike. The airport pickup was on time and they were waiting for us outside. One in our group arrived late and they even went back to pick him up separately as well for no charge. The hotel itself is very quaint and located only about a 5-10 minutes...

This hotel was better than we could have expected in Cusco! From the airport pick up to the tours offered to the great breakfast - everything was very well done and organized. Our room was clean and the showers were hot - although the temperature did vary throughout our showers. They had no problem holding our bags while we hiked...

We stayed here four nights, and it was fantastic. The hotel itself is charming. The rooms are clean and modern, and the showers are hot. The front desk was unbelievably helpful and made everything so easy for us when we did the Inca Trail. Four stars!

We spent four nights total here, three prior to taking the train to Aguas Calientes and one on our return before going on to Puno. Though its location was a farther walk from the Plaza than anticipated, it was a very comfortable place to stay and we would stay here again if we ever return to Cusco. We were met...

We paid for the superior double room ($130/night). Not sure the difference between that and the $100 room, but $130 was WAY overpriced for this place. The room was still small. The shower was awkward and our sink leaked. The room was also really dimly-lit by a single light bulb you'd see used in a desk lamp. I also did...

This mid range hotel provided great facilities, comfort and 1st class service for a very realistic cost. Location close to the main square but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The staff were excellant!

We stayed at the Rumi Punku before and after our Inca Trail treck to Machu Picchu. The staff was wonderful, very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet was nice, the rooms were clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect... Walking distance to the Plaza de Armas and many restuants. We felt very safe....

This is a great hotel with an outstanding staff! I stayed 3 nights and felt safe as I was a woman traveling alone...felt safe walking around the area as well.. I happened to be traveling during my birthday and did not tell anyone, however, the hotel manager and staff noticed on my passport when I checked in that my birthday...

We changed a few hotels in Cuzco, Rumi Punku is one of the best. Great service.... the frontdesk staff are very helpful, anything you ask, they always try their best to help. Clean rooms and nice bed... we did a lot of trips in Cuzco, everyday we are all looking forward to going back to the hotel to rest. Good...

This hotel had a very cute/unique setup with rambling gardens/staircases. The rooms were clean and comfortable; the fridge was a plus! Rates were reasonable with a decent breakfast and 24 hour tea (the coca tea was clutch!). They were great about storing our bags for 4 days while we were away on a trek. Additionally, the location was great. I'll...
