We stayed one night in this attractive hotel. Our room was pretty basic, perhaps because we paid the discounted Expedia rate. There did seem to be some nicer rooms around the courtyard. The staff were helpful and friendly and complimentary pisco sour on arrival was very welcome indeed. Breakfast was ok, served in an airy upstairs room. You can sit...

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the courtyard and room were beautiful, but not they were not quite ready for prime time. Our laundry that we left at the front desk before 6 am didn't get done and we came home soaked from sightseeing and had nothing to wear! To their credit, they did it in two hours for us...

Thank you for your comment, we always try to make your stay satisfactory. Our check in is at 1:00 pm, in high season it is very difficult to do an early check in, so most of the time the scheduled time is fulfilled. We have the external laundry service, since one of the purposes of the company is to collaborate...

I stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights and I had an amazingly experience. It's not a high end hotel but it's like staying in a small apartment. The bed is very comfortable and very warm. The staff is very helpful, especially the manager that is very responsive to all my questions. People are in overall very nice! I highly...

They were so helpful with all the requests we had. When had to leave really early like 3 am, they would've had the light breakfast ready for us. All the staffs were nice and helpful. I'd stay there again if I go Cuzco.

Hotel Arqueologo had a very enchanting feel and the decor was beautiful to say the least. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and there was heat available to keep us warm at night when it was freezing cold (during rainy season). They had pretty decent wifi, but it's band width didn't reach us all throughout the hotel, like...

Dear Samantha It's so nice to hear about you, thank you so much for such a lovely review. Always trying to do everything possible so that we can exceed the expectations of the guests. The internet in this season is sometimes deficient by the rains and also by our location and infrastructure that is Inca- colonial. Although we always try...

Extremely friendly staff, Christain met us and immediately provided tea and led us to the bar as our room was gettiing ready and checking us in. Unfortunately the restaurant was under maintenance as many places were since we were...

This was a great hotel - a beautiful courtyard in the center and traditional style rooms throughout. The rooms were quite large, as were the mattresses (that I'd guess we're handmade and very comfortable). There was a bar onsight and an amazing restaurant as well, I'd recommend eating there. The breakfast area had one of the eBay views in Cusco....

We stayed at the Arqueologo multiple times during our trip to cusco and enjoyed the high levels of comfort and hospitality. The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas - just a short walk down the hill - and close to some great restaurants and cafes. The hotel offers laundry services and can organise tours for you. Well located, being close to the plaza. Great food and bar facilities, friendly english speaking staff who were very helpful and a quiet room, although the bed was a little hard for my liking. Loved the central court yard. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
