Booked 3 nights & again for 1 after our trek to Machu Picchu. Good basic rooms that met all our needs. Price was excellent for the location - 5 min walk to Plaza de Armas, convenience store & laundry just next door & one of the best restaurants (Cicciolina) in Cuzco just around the corner. Maria at the front desk...

Stayed here with a tour - ended up booking an extra night online and paid a deposit. When I went to pay the remainder of what my invoice stated, the receptionist stated the price was incorrect and charged me extra, despite proof of the remaining charge. Also was not able to change the date of the hotel transfer that I...

Hi, I am ~30yr old female - stayed here with a another girl on tour before starting the Inca Trail. I can't tell you how much it cost per night however, in my opinion, it would fall into the $80-$100 bracket depending on the time of year. Pros: -About 5mins walk to main square and everything else. -Rooftop with near-panoranic...

I stayed in this hotel three different times as part of my tour. My first room was 306 and there were three beds and the washroom was big. On my second stay, I was in 219 and there are two beds and the room is slightly smaller than 306. My final stay was 301 and it is a little bigger...

Wifi (free) was only workable in a common room on the 2nd floor (roof leaks). Several restaurant were close by as was a laundry. Hot showers...

The location is fantastic, a stone' s throw from the main sights. The facilities and rooms are average but this is reflected in the price. Overall I thought it was reasonable and I would recommend it because of its location. Don't expect a good breakfast

Small supermarket next door very handy for stocking up on things. Room was good size and clean with good bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Very good if unexceptional hotel,...

Emperador is located about 300 mts of the main city plaza. It is well maintained with cozy, comfortable. Rooms are like European size which means good to move about. Unlike the American or Chinese hotel rooms which are twice the sizes of European hotel rooms. A short walk takes you to the main plaza where the local sight seeing journey...

I have stayed here more than 8 times on my frequent trips to Cusco. The staff is courteous, the location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. The price is an exceptional value. Rooms are clean, and showers are always hot! One word of warning, there is not an elevator, Of note, the hotel is...

We were two couples staying here start of January -14. Perfect location approx 200 meters from Plaza de Armas. Steep stairs to second floor (mind the altitude). Small but clean rooms, many inwards. Lot of noise from corridors, stairs, staff and outside. Buffet breakfast on the level. We though think that you get what you pay for and the mean...
