We went with our kids. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The bathroom had issues with the hot and cold water but wasn't a big deal. Overall a great hotel! Staff were lovely and kind. The rooms upstairs ate nicer and bigger. Very close to the plaza

This hotel has the perfect location, right in the middle square of Cusco. The staff is wonderful, so helpful and friendly. However, the way the hotel is set up, there is a courtyard in the middle of it which is beautiful, and there are stairs right through the middle that lead up to a Starbucks so you don't walk far...

Imagine stepping off of the Plaza del Armas, down a narrow road, so narrow cars don't fit, sandwiched between building foundations made of stone blocks laid by the inka. Walk 50 feet and turn into a small courtyard, painted white with deep blue doorways and that is your Cusco home. We stayed here twice, before and after our 4 night...

Let's make it clear from the start: this is NOT a boutique hotel. Room was cold and so was the bathroom. No window = very dark. Decoration was largely outdated. Not acceptable for the money they charge: USD100. On the plus side: great location (would be nice to put a sign on the street), staff was OK.

This hotel is in a central location, great for sightseeing on foot. Breakfast is ample and staff are friendly. We were on the ground floor so some noise from pedestrians outside and from rooms above, and bathroom ceiling has mould, but the bathroom was clean.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here 2 nights on either side of a trip to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. They helped us arrange a bus tour of the city and Inca ruins around the city. The rooms are a little old, but the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Perfect central location!

The hotel is nice, provides a good breakfast, staff is friendly and speaks English, and is located right in Plaza del Armas. However, for the price I didn't think it was worth it. There was nothing special about it. We stayed 1 night here and the next night we found a hotel about 10 minutes from Plaza del Armas for...

we loved our stay! it is a tiny Little hotel with a comon entrance for Starbucks & a couple of hostels! Guess it was an old family residence modified several times. one of the walls is Inka! but best is the staff! breakfast is very limited but it is ok with bread, cheese and some cereals with yogurt. eggs or...

Back in March we booked 5 days at Loreto with short notice and had all intentions to go there but the room arrangement was not ideal for 3 couples, so we found a better option at Amaru Hostel II. We cancelled Loreto and they were kind enough to oblige. However while staying at Amaru we checked our bank account and...

I was very pleased with my stay at the Boutique Loreto Hotel and highly recommend it. The staff welcomed me as if I were a family member coming back home. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city square, making it convenient to get to all of the agencies, restaurants and sites that I wanted to see....
