After roughing it in some rather dirty hostels en route to Machu Picchu, we were dying for a great shower & comfy room. This beyond fit the bill. Beds are super cozy, huge bathroom, killer breakfast buffet, & a world-class spa to soak in. Just what we asked for. The historic building adds major character & you're close enough to...

This was the last hotel that my family (my parents, my younger brothers, and myself) stayed in before we left Peru. We had just come back from Machu Picchu when we began staying in this hotel. It's already a pretty building on the outside, but the inside is amazingly beautiful - it looks like an ancient art museum. The rooms...

Location part of ancient temples. Absolutely gorgeous. Shopping right outside our luxury hotel door. Has any and all amenities you could desire. Had dinner downtown last evening, walked back. Safe and friendly, warm inviting people. From here traveling the Hiram Bingham train to Aguascalientes Caliente then on to Machu Picchu. Only to return to this luxurious hotel and bed this...

Unfortunately we stayed here only for one night but what a gorgeous hotel. We were greeted with coffee or coca tea on arrival. After a quick check in which was done while we had our tea, we were taken to our rooms. The rooms all had modern amenities and spacious living areas. The bedding was very comfortable. The food at...

This is a highlight hotel in a fascinating city/region. My 11 yr old suffered a serious dog bite while in Peru and while we stayed at this hotel they took him around in a wheelchiar to and from the room and the restaurant. And they made it fun for a child in pain. Without that thought he place is history...

Beautiful, a must stay when in Cusco. The staff greeted us like family. Nice upgrade. Very helpful with what to do and see. The hotel is in a great location. It's beautiful inside and out. The rooms clean and well attended. Bartender Cedric was one of the best we've ever encountered. He explained history of Cusco and Machu Picchu, more...

5 star hotel with 1 star customer service! Ended up breaking 3 suitcases that we left for 1 night before departing to Machu Picchu and they had the audacity to deny breaking any of them and said that we had broken them ourselves. Did nothing to compensate for damages. One of the so called managers Carlos, I think his name...

Dear 14vb Thank you for reviewing our property. We regret to learn the comment about the luggage, as this is certainly not the impression we strive to give our guests; this was never the intention of Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Management or hotel staff. Hopefully, one day in the future we'll be able to welcome you back,...

Palacio Del Inka is an incredible resort in the ancient capital of Cusco. I was welcomed by the gracious staff into this stunningly decorated building. The warmth, care, and hospitality they offer to guests is unprecedented. You will truly be treated like royalty. The concierge Matias was so tremendously helpful I cannot adequately express my thanks. From all the additional...

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and escorted to comfortable couches and given ice tea. Check-in was very quick and we were escorted to our room which overlooked a side street through a sliding glass door and a pair of old historic shutters. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room came with breakfast which was superb....
