Upon entering this hotel you are welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. The foyer is breathtaking and the artworks and setting is stunning. You are literally in an old INCA palace. Talk about history! One of the highlights of our stay was a spa treatment in their hydrotherapy pool! It was pure heaven after sightseeing. The staff is lovely and the...

We stayed at the Palacio del Inka on our way to the Sacred Valley. Beautiful property with an attentive and thoughtful staff. We got upgraded to a room with fantastic views of the Coricancha. The hotel is filled with beautiful courtyards, has cocoa tea in the lobby, and is really breathtaking. The hotel bar also makes a great Pisco sour....

This place is full of many things - ambience, service, facilities. I loved the details of the room where we had a tiny tiny balcony with a view of the rooftops. The lounging area near the reception was very convenient for having tea. I requested for an oxygen tank (altitude issues) which was delivered promptly to our room. Breakfast was...

Fantastic hotel - was formerly a real palace for an Inca King. Very large and spacious with a gorgeous center courtyard. The restaurant was a highlight of the trip - wonderful service, particularly from Maribel, delicious food presented in an artistic manner. We were especially impressed by how friendly all of the staff were and most spoke at least some...

Stayed here 2 nights as part of a tour. Very close to centre of Cusco. Good food - dinner, breakfast and lunch. But very big and hard to find way around. Would suggest hotel gives a map. Comfy beds with feather pillows! Staff helpful in directing us and escorted us to room first night when went up wrong elevator

This is a beautiful hotel, in an excellent location. The hotel actually has walls that were part of an original Inca palace. The rooms are well appointed, staff friendly....you won't be disappointed. The restaurant is a bit slow at dinner, but who is in a hurry when you're in Peru. We stayed only 1 night, flying out the next day....
