We were in Lima for New Year and wanted to go to Machu Picchu but because of the timings we needed to stay a night in Cusco. Everyone who had been said the Hotel Monasterio was the place but, because we are Marriott members and because the hotel looked so lovely, we decided to stay at El Convento.....and we were...

Stayed in this hotel for a few nights as we were attending a friend's wedding. The place as gorgeous, everything was very well kept. From the rooms to the lobby, to the courtyard, everything looks authentically Peruvian and classy. The service was outstanding. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've had in a while. We enjoyed the tour of the...

Gorgeous hotel in the middle of this incredible city. Amazing service and comfortable environment after long days of hiking and exploring the Sacred Valley. The pool area is relaxing and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! We went on the tour of the hotel and highly recommend it--so interesting!!

My wife and I stayed at the Marriott for 4 days and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the hotel and the excellent service by the staff. Upon arrival, the staff made sure we had everything we needed. My wife suffered from altitude sickness for the first day and Harry, the hotel paramedic, was invaluable. He was very...

We stayed here last month whilst we travelled through South America and the hotel was amazing. It is in a really great location, steeped in history and the staff were faultless. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to assist in our early morning breakfast requests, taxi bookings and made my 30th birthday...

The building and its decor are beautiful. The rooms are modern and cozy. The staff is excellent! We had an issue with the tourist agency and they spent hours making calls and helping fix any issues. Leonardo, the concierge, was involved from the beginning and made sure all of our issues were resolved. Thank you!

We had several wonderful stops in Peru (Lima, Valle Sagrado, Machu Picho) always with great service from every hotel. Sadly, this property completely turned our experience around. The staff at the front desk listened to our requests and completely ignored us as customers. When we checked in, the person at the front desk said we had a "wonderful view of...

One night stay before going to Aguas Calientes. New , clean and well located hotel with friendly staff . Marriot a big chain hotel and it shows, for sure furnishings are made in China , mass production and nothing special. Our Inca room in the basement just claustrophobic. A balcony room may be best. Food was good, best causa we...
