The hotel is lovely, but the customer service is unparalleled. From the front desk, to the concierge and even the restaurant. We were impressed by the attention to customer service, but particularly impressed by Raul, our server at the Pirqa Restaurant (the restaurant ranks 4th within Peru). Raul went above and beyond. He not only served our food, he shared...

It is such a lovely hotel in an old monastery that has been lovingly converted into a gorgeous hotel. The service was exceptional and the accommodations were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was such a delight each morning. The staff could not be more helpful and welcoming and with everything within walking distance, who could ask for more.

I had been wanting to stay here for a while, and they didn't disappoint. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Although we didn't get the room we wanted, I must say the installations are top notch. Beautiful building with great history. There's a free tour of the grounds at 6pm with a monk, to learn about the history of...

great service, great location (block from Plaza de las Armas), clean, modern. So happy we stayed at this hotel and for the price, you can not do any better. They offer a free bar of hot teas in the lobby, available anytime. Make some Cocoa tea if you are feeling altitude sickness.

From the moment we arrived at the JW Marriott in Cusco, Peru, we were floored by the exceptional service and accommodations at this hotel. During the course of our 3 days in Cusco we met many of the hotel staff. Each one went out of their way to learn our name, and to provide exceptional service. As someone who spends...

This hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed in the world. The service was top notch from the front desk to the restaurant (which was excellent-which is not always the case about a hotel restaurant). We stayed there before our 4 day trek and they stored our luggage and had it waiting in our...

We were at the JW Marriott for the first part of our Cusco trip and returned to them after a night away at Machu Picchu. Both times the staff was great - very helpful. We were all a little woozy after being on the Amazon and then flying up to Cusco altitude and staff was concerned and helpful in getting...

This atmospheric hotel right in the centre of Cusco was a great base for our 4 day trip. Staff all friendly and helpful and when train strike crisis meant we could not travel to Agua Calientes they were able to offer another night in our same hotel room. Their health workers on hand to help with Altitude sickness were exemplary....

This place is simply amazing. You can't beat the style, design, comfort and amenities that this hotel offers. However, the staff deserves most of the credit for my positive experience. Milagros at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. David, Raul, Yonel and Freddy at the restaurant were all hardworking, informative and fun guys. Jesus provided an excellent and...

Everything is just outstanding: beauty of the site, historical aspects, service of the staff, the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool-saunas area open 24 hours a day. A very very special mention to front desk employee Jackson Chevarria who made sure our stay was more than perfect from day one to the 10th. Always smiling, so courteous, helpful and professional....

“Recommend you to stay away from the Inca Wall rooms as they are in the basement. You would have a window overlooking an illuminated wall.”
