Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Our Uber eats wasn’t working and they went out to personally get us food and brought it to our room. The room was very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Highly recommend checking this place out.

The personnel were very friendly and went above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. The single room had all I needed, comfortable bed, hot water, clean sheets, 3 towels every day, cleaning the room Avery day, enough outlets for your needs, good breakfast and close to everything. Hotel is small. It does the job for a nights rest. During the night you don’t hear that many cars or dogs barking. So is somewhat quiet. Hotel is very centric, walking distance to any amenities or shopping centers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room is somewhat small for the four beds, but it’s sufficient for its purpose. If you’re sharing it with family members or friends privacy is almost nonexistent. Bathroom is also small when showering some water splash outside of shower. Rooms are visibly clean same with the bathroom. I only focus if my sheets were clean which they were during our stay.

I highly recommend the hotel. It is clean, well located and the staff is very welcoming and supportive. On top of that, Cusco is a great city with a wide range of activities during the day and the night!
It is a great option within this budget range.

Things were great in general; good well-times breakfasts, fast and friendly reception, good suggestions for tourism. Reception was always there to help no matter how early or late.
I lost my most beloved and expensive pair of underwear in the laundry service though, only caveat of my stay.

Phenomenal place! Very clean and breakfast included. This is a new hotel so everything is spotless. I’d stay here again for sure! We were able to leave some bags for our trip to Machu Pichu with no extra costs.

Best service for the price! The staff are wonderful and super friendly. It is located closer to San Blas strip where you can find artisans, pubs, restaurants, and museums. Also it is two blocks away from the main square I will come back for sure!

Super friendly staff and always available to help carrying bags ect. Fresh water every day and very good and a lot of breakfast! Very clean and room gets made up every day.

I really liked Hotel Andina, great location, the manager Adrianam was very friendly and attentive, he speaks Portuguese very well. The breakfast was reasonable. I recommend this hotel. I loved Peru and its beauties.
