We had an oxygenated suite on the upper level of the second floor that was truly elegant. Nicely furnished, comfortable king bed, unique/cute bathroom. Only downside was the restaurant. Our first dinner was really not good. My husband had chicken soup and I had pasta. Neither was even okay. Next night had room service and had an excellent club sandwich,...

Dear Mr. Ray Thank you very much for taking your valuable time to let us know your experience in our hotel. Just to let you know about the dinner, we recommended that in your first day in Cusco your meals must be very light and not with lot of condiments, that why you order chicken soap and pasta. We have...

The Aranwa Cusco Boutique Hotel is 5 stars all the way. The hotel reminds me of a posada in Spain. It is an old (16th century home) converted to a hotel. The hotel feels brand new with marble floors, amazing Peruvian art, religious sculptures and a great staff. The rooms and bathrooms are gorgeous with huge showers and bathtubs. The...

Aranwa Hotel is located close to the main city square in a 17th century Spanish mansion. It is superb. The proximity to restaurants, shopping (enjoy the San Blan shops and the San Pedro market) and many museums makes exploring Cusco easy. We stayed 3 nights before heading to Machu Picchu. We then returned to Cusco where we stayed another 2...

This gem is reasonably priced for the exquisite decor and over-the-top gorgeous rooms. I prefer historic hotels with a lot of atmosphere, so I recomend this one highly! Staff attentive and friendly. Large jacuzzi tubs, high ceilings, antiques in lobby rooms, lovely breakfast area.

Dear Ms. Cathburns We really appreciate your opinion and your valuable time. The decoration and details of every area in the hotel shows you the colonial stayle. The jacuzzis are also a very important point of the room and to make sure you have a great shower time, our floor heating system makes a plus on it. As well the...

Place is nice. Best part is you are 2 blocks from the main square. Worst part the wifi. Works sporadic at best from your rooms. Several times I had to sit in the lobby to get internet. The rooms are nice. Free breakfast buffet was nice. Plenty of food to choose from. I stayed a total of 3 nights. 2...

Dear Mr. Scott Thank you very much for your comments and your time, we really appreciate. Exactly the location where we are is strategic, letting you get almost everything you need in one step. This is a lovely hotel, with great food, atmosphere, décor, and service. The rooms are large, well appointed, with state of the art bathrooms. They have a feather menu next to the bed, where you can order your feather options from the main desk. This is a good idea. They came right away and took out the feather pillows and...

This is a lovely hotel. Filled with antiques, very well appointed if slightly smallish rooms, comfortable beds, excellent restaurant. But the big draw for us was the staff.
