Just around the corner from the Main Square and all the sights, the location was great. However the shutters come down at 10pm and the facade of the hotel gets covered. This caused us a lot of inconvenience as we could not find an entrance to the hotel and went up and down the road for 15minutes, till a kind...

We stayed in 3 different rooms pre and post tour and the rooms range in size, ventilation and quietness. The positive- Great location being a short walk from main square. The decor is pleasant, beds comfortable, good free wifi and water hot. Breakfast included freshly cooked eggs, ham, bread, oatmeal. Dinner was also served until late in the restaurant and was...

This hotel is right around the corner from the main square in Cusco. You can walk right out of the hotel and be at multiple restaurants, bars, shops in a matter of minutes! The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also very good--for the breakfast and even for dinner...

Absolutely loved our stay at the Maytaq! The hotel is lovely, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was the absolute highlight. For example on our first day we missed a tour pickup because of a miscommunication and two of the staff members ran around calling our guide and personally leading us to a corner...

We stayed at the Maytaq for two nights and loved the location. One minute walk from the main square and easy to access the historic sites. We stayed in two rooms while there - our first room was just above the lobby facing the street. The noise levels were very high and you could hear every car passing by. I...

We had a Peru adventure with five different hotels, and this was clearly the best one. The location is great, just off the main square and a few yards from the Pisco Museum (actually a pleasant tapas/pisco bar). The bar/restaurant is really nice, the food was the best, and the staff are wonderful (particularly the lady who made me omelettes,...

The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival. We were greeted with hot coca tea and a delicious breakfast. The staff were more than helpful as they set up our outing to the Sacred Valley. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. It was perfect for a group of 4. Very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised...

Wonderful hotel with a great and extremely helpful staff. I stayed at a number of hotels during the trip to Peru, and this was, by far, the best. The room was lovely, and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly the place is clean, I would call this place adequate but would never recommend it and we would have preferred a nicer hotel. You have no control over the temperature in your room, they decide if you need heat and if it's warm there is nothing you can do. Breakfast is very simple but they will...

Stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 nights [3 nights then 1 night away [Machu Picchu] then back for a further 2 nights]. This was by far the best hotel [at this price range] that we stayed in in our 2 weeks in Peru. Attentive, very pleasant front desk staff and porters, who are very helpful. Our room...
