We stayed here for 3 nights in June of 2022. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean, safe, and have plenty of space. They have hot showers, which are welcome after a long day of walking/hiking and the temperatures drop a good bit after dark. We had some really delicious breakfasts here, they have a nice selection of foods and offer eggs any style. They are located just a few blocks from the square and we enjoyed being able to walk to lots of restaurants, exchange houses, and sporting wear stores (our luggage was lost by the airlines).

Great location right by the main square. Super friendly staff that helped us with a very early checkout for our Inca Trail Trek, held our baggage while we were away and organised same day laundry for us. The breakfast was brilliant, with eggs cooked to order. Only criticism is that the windows in the rooms open into the corridor so it can get a bit stuffy.

Located one block off the main square in Cusco this hotel is perfect for a solo traveler. The rooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast was well done with a large selection. They will accommodate early departures with a boxed breakfast. Many excellent restaurants just outside the front door. Will stay again if in the area.

Booked 2 rooms. One room was for us and the second was for another couple (family). I have to imagine that we got the worst room in the facility.. and for our family they got a very decent room.

Our room: smelled like arm pits, onions. Zero natural light, zero windows (no big deal). Asked for new room- denied.
-Plugs did not work, hair drier did non work after shower…asked for new room, denied.
-called maintenance to ask for a working hair dryer and to show multiple plugs in room that did not work. Given room key to use hair dryer in different room?? Nooo…what? NVM.

Stand by for day 2 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Peru for Less arranged our stay at Maytaq and we were grateful they did. Very clean and modern on the inside with the exterior clean lines as well in the older part of the city. It was a 2 block walk to the main square where everything could be found.

The staff at Maytaq were always helpful and accomodating. Eduardo was most helpful in getting boarding passes for flights.

The breakfast ladies are 100% wonderful! They knew by the second morning our names and what we would be ordering. Great selection of foods to choose from. All very fresh and kept sanitary.
Beds were comfortable and with alpaca blankets.

We noticed they had security cameras that they watched that were showing the in front of the building and all along the street. We never felt unsafe in the city.
All in all i would stay at this location again without a doubt.

A very nice boutique hotel offering free breakfast and a wonderful staff that will go out of its way to accommodate you. I stayed here while sightseeing and got caught out of town due to a missed train and they were very willing to refund me the night and hold my room until I got back. They offer laundry services, a free computer and even called a massage therapist from town to come to my room. I would stay here if I ever found myself in Cusco again. Highly recommend if you are looking for nice accommodations in a decent price range.

The hotel staff was very courteous and nice. Breakfast was great! Overall great service. The biggest issue was the bathroom lighting. there was no light in the shower and someone could easily slipped. The Hotel does not have elevators and the stairs are very steeped.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was great. Certainly seems like more than a three-star hotel. Excellent location too, just a couple of blocks from the Plaza de Armas.

We didn't bother watching any tv the whole time we were in Peru. There was so much else to do there! So I really don't know.

Hello, you don't need any converters at our hotel, but do bring one that covers the ground end and has flat outputs in case you are travelling around the country. Chile and Argentina do require special adapters. Hope this helps!
