The hotel is in a very privileged area (near the Plaza de Armas and the Qorikancha). The rooms have a good structure and cleanliness (above the average of the hotels I stayed in Peru) The attendants are very kind and packed my luggage when I went to Machu Picchu I only had problems with the wi-fi in the room

The hotel is right in the city center so we never had to take a cab for anything. The staff was really great and quick to help with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we always got the extra pillows and towels we asked for. Really great service.

I stayed with two friends on two different occasions during a two week period. I had no complaints on my first stay and was happy and satisfied. Unfortunately on our second stay we stayed in a different room (107) which was near the busy street and two beds were slanted because the floor was slanted. I recommend the hotel but...

If you're a younger crowed that anticipates being out till 3am at the discoteca, this would be a great hotel with great, and beautiful, accommodations. However, if you want to get a good night's rest while acclimating to the altitude before going on to macchu picchu or needing sleep to recover from the long hike, just be aware, there is...

This hotel was clean and well taken care of. It was a nice place to hang our hat for a night. The complementary breakfast in the morning is really good as well. The sweet gal in the kitchen will take good care of you.
