Such a beautiful hostel in a great part of town. I arrived very early and all the staff were so lovely, Pamela, Yenivel & Denis were very kind to me after a hellish overnight bus ride. Beautiful courtyard to relax & lovely hot showers. Will definitely be back!!

The hostel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are cute, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff is super helpful! Pamela was especially accommodating and very nice in helping me extend my stay, with things to do in Cusco, etc. Yenivel and Denis were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hostel to any...

this was one of my favourite hostels I stayed in in South America! great location near the Plaza de Armas, big sunny courtyard with hammocks, comfortable beds and free coca tea and hot water all day. really helpful staff, tasty pisco sours at the bar (and a free one when you arrive!) and a great travel desk, I booked my...

I stayed here for a few days either side of our trek to Machu Picchu with two of my friends. The place itself is very nice, with great full length beds, generous lockers and a good bar and ping pong table. It was recommended by lonely planet thus one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. However we...

Thank you for your honest review, you are correct at pointing out that our receptionists should have better handled this situation to your favor. Sorry for that and kind regards

This place was an awesome choice. We stayed in a 4 bed private, and we felt it was very quiet. It was incredibly cold the week we were in Cusco, so we were pleased to have such well made beds with wool blankets. The hostel was pretty clean, though the rooms could have used some attention. Breakfast was pretty much...

Arriving at Ecopackers, I did not know what to expect because it was my first experience staying at a hostel and I didn't have a reservation. I walked in and was greeted immediately (sorry I don't remember the name of the young lady) and after a couple of minutes, I decided to stay in the co-ed eight bed dormitory. The...

It was really nice for a backpackers place. I had my own private room, so can't comment on dorms. My room was spacious and own bathroom was a plus. They have restaurant/bar with good prices. They also have tour service. Staff was helpful and location was good. 15sol for bus terminal by taxi etc.

This is one of the best Hostel I ever stayed in my entire life. The rooms were huge. The bunkbeds were super comfortable, the storage lockers were big enough to put our backpack and other valuable things, the bathrooms were awesome, they made it women and men separately, I found it only in Ecopackers so far. They provide you good...

We stayed here altogether 7 nights on two separate occasions, both times in 18 person dorms. Beds are clean and super comfy, each bed having their own locker inside with plug - useful for charging phone! The place as a whole is lovely, theres various social areas, and hammocks to chill. the communal bathroom is big and cleaned regularly. Was...

I stayed here for nearly two weeks, and absolutely loved this hostel. The beds are so comfy, and the showers are fantastic (both of which are much appreciated after Trekking). It has a great vibe, and I made so many friends while I stayed here. The only downside is the very small communal kitchen, but otherwise a great hostel!
