On first sight, this looks a lovely small hotel. Very pretty courtyard with lovely flowers and a welcome cup of tea. However, as the daytime noise quietens, it becomes apparent that this is a very noisy hotel. The hotel has no sound insulation so every sound from the upstairs and neighboring rooms can be heard. Every footstep, every drop of...

We stayed in the apartment on the 4th floor and it was absolutely beautiful! The owners have taken a lot of care in restoring and decorating the space. There are lovely views of the city from the living area and a private covered patio off the bedroom. It has a full kitchen, 1 full bath and a powder room. There...

This was a great hotel to get ourselves ready for the Inca trail. The staff was very helpful, thou at times seemed a bit distracted. Probably could have helped if we spoke a bit more Spanish. They even got us set up with a room on short notice(extra day in Cusco). Great price and the light breakfasts that were served...

I found this place using a general search for boutique hotels in Cusco. I’m glad I did. This is a beautifully restored mansion only a few blocks from the main square. It has a small, but very nice rooftop patio that overlooks the city and a cozy common area with a wood-burning fireplace and free tea. Our room also had...

We loved Hotel Andenes. Gorgeous multi-level villa atmosphere with impeccable wood furnishings and highlights. Beautiful gardens and plantings throughout with awesome rooftop area with views of the city and surrounding hills. Service was flawless and staff were always friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy with beautiful furnishings. Great breakfast every morning. A few minutes walk to Plaza...

My family of five stayed in a large upper room with a balcony and fireplace. The room was very clean and well-appointed. The breakfasts were superb - with eggs made to order, fruit, meat and cheeses and delicious coffee. The hotel also had a nice lobby area where we could get tea all day. The staff was very friendly. I...

A great little hotel in Cusco, my husband and I stayed here 2 separate nights before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. The staff working the front desk are very attentive. A special shoutout to the young man working reception. He was extremely helpful when we had an issue with a driver giving us a hard time. Also, this...

We booked into Andenes al Cielo based on the positive reviews and the place was everything we expected and more. Lovely room, incredible location, good breakfast. Sadly, we went out in the morning for sightseeing and I left my phone charging in the room. When I returned it was gone, as was the charging cord, but not the adaptor for...

Located close to the Plaza - and route takes you past Jack's; stone with 12 corners; and alley marketplace (shopping!). Hotel has beautiful inside courtyard. Staff were fantastic - so helpful and kind. We had a room on the 2nd (pre-Inka trail) and 3rd floor (post) (views were just of the courtyard). The shower was exactly what we needed post...

Located about three blocks from the plaza and all the happenings in town, this hotel, built in a colonial mansion architecture was our base camp for a few days. It is a tiny hotel where the courtyard has an open roof. I mean there is no roof! It exposes the gardens and provides added solar heat during the day. There...
