Andenes al Cielo is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city. I short walk to all the amazing tourist spots in town. The workers were all super friendly and spoke very good English. They went out of their way to insure we had a great trip. I would stay there again and highly recommend for anyone traveling to...

Room was small but clean with comfortable beds. Everything worked well - no issues with the bathroom or heating. Breakfasts were excellent; good variety of fresh food. Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything you want to see in Cusco. Staff were very friendly and really went out of their way to make it an enjoyable stay. We arrived...

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights - 4 before my Inca Trail trek and 2 upon returning to Cusco. Both rooms were very clean - not large but certainly good enough for my needs. First 4 nights I stayed on the 2nd floor; last 2 nights I was on the first floor. I didn't like that the first...

The staff was very accommodating, they were able to book us a room last minute after a missed flight. It was much appreciated! Wifi is free and works pretty good. Complimentary breakfast is yummy, eggs made to order. Rooms are clean, but not much natural light. At least they have hot water which is not common among other hotels/hostels in...

We had two rooms next door to each other - one for us and one for our two boys - the rooms were lovely - very comfortable beds, good showers and quiet. The hotel collected us from the airport, which made it really easy. Breakfast was good - lots of fresh fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and omelettes, scrambled eggs etc...

This is a spotlessly clean hotel, with extremely helpful staff. Most of the rooms are arranged around a central courtyard, which makes them quiet if a little dark. The large front room is very attractive indeed, but because it faces onto the street it can be noisy from about 5.30 a.m., since Cusco wakes up and gets going early. (*Suggestion:...

This is an attractive small hotel in an excellent location close to the main square. The rooms surround an inner courtyard and our room was pleasant and quiet. We took advantage of both the tea always available in the first floor sitting room and the generous free breakfast available conveniently early in the morning. This hotel isn't fancy but with...

I would stay here, again. Everything about this place was great. It's located in San Blas, so it's super close to everything. I walked everywhere. The hotel is both charming and clean, the staff were all very friendly and super helpful, and I had hot water for every shower. The beds were comfortable, too. I book-ended my trip to the...

The room was very neat, it almost felt like a cabin. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The only problem was the road noise. Some road noise was to be expected, because the hotel is in the big city of Cusco, but we could not have anticipated how loud it was. It seemed that the windows did not seal. The noise...

Dear Michael: Thank you so much for taking the time to share with us your thoughts and concerns. After reviewing what you wrote with our manager, we learned that just very recently the Cusco Mayor's Office mandated a change in waste removal times from afternoons to evenings for the entire historic part of the city, where the vast majority of...
