Good location and very cheap to stay Staff are friendly and helpfull Breakfast is basic bread, coffee and tea Ask for towels and soap if you don't have Cons: it's better if they have more shower rooms No elevator so you have to carry your luggage going up anyway its just two floor building, rooms are right beside the street so...

We stayed two nights in total, one either side of a visit to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu. The staff are great, very helpful and accommodating. The location, for us, was excellent as it is on the nicest side of town, next to the San Blas area. We stayed at both Intro Hostel and Pariwana whilst in Cusco, but for...

We were impressed with the service at this hostel. The staff spoke some english, but were more than happy to help us book a room, logon to wifi, schedule taxi services, and review maps of the nearby attractions. The rooms are relatively small, but this did not bother us since we were outside the hostel for most of our stay....

Nice quaint hostel, good cooking facilities. Very family friendly. Good breakfast- nice to have options of cereal etc (pancakes are the norm for peru). Only downside was the lack of hot water. Showers weren't cold, but not hot. Not sure if this is regularly the situation but was a bit of a bummer for us having got in from a...

Just as good as nearby places where I stayed that charged twice as much. I stayed in private room not in dorm so I can not comment on them. Convenient to down town and to nearby places to eat. Numerous laundries nearby also. Nothing special for breakfast but how many hostels have a special breakfast.

This hostel is very nice but has some downfalls. Good: Location, the massive tv and dvd collection, the tea collection! Breakfast. Bad: They tried to overcharge us (we booked online for a cheaper rate). The hostel is so small and only two communal bathrooms which led to a long wait in the mornings for the shower. The shower pressure was...

No Wifi- no one can use wifi here and the management "attempted to fix it" multiple times. For travclers who depend on wifi, everything else could be marginal but when you cannot access the internet it does the location no good to advertise having it or their attempt to fix it. The service was fair and the location is a...

Stayed here twice within the week. First room was a private room with an ensuite, very clean. Beds were a bit hard but we got used to it. We had to leave for four days to do the Inca trail so they offered to store our luggage for us. Second room was private as well but no ensuite. Other showers...

Stayed here in November 2015. Wasn't sure what to expect, knowing it is a hostel, but the experience was more like staying in a hotel. We had a double room with a massive, comfortable bed, and great views of the city and the mountains. The bathroom was clean too. The staff were really helpful. We recommended this place to fellow...
