Beautiful hotel, private butler Victor is disciplined but you have to share him with several families in the hotel. Room and bed is very comfortable, bathroom is fantastic with soap you can cut yourselve! Restaurant is avarage for diner was not busy and too stiff in service. Breakfast is great with local musican and helpfull, especially the waitresses are very...

The hotel was OK. The breakfast was a bit poor, there weren't many things to eat. Anyway, the receptionist were very helpful and always willing to give directions of any place we asked for. The bedroom was very cozy. Though it was a bit dark (I would have added some more lamps to it), the beds were very comfortable and...

Four nights booked in this hotel. The rooms are basic with no facilities and i mean no facilities! No bin, no hairdryer, no drinks facilities, no mini bar, no plug in the sink. The breakfast seems to have improved from previous reviews so long as you are prepared to keep asking for things that are empty such as the scrambled...

Loved this hotel in Cusco. The service is wonderful. The rooms are clean and very nice. Coca tea is readily available in the lobby at all times which is especially important on your first day in Cusco while you acclimate yourself to the altitude of the city. Breakfast is included every morning. Not my favorite selection of food for breakfast...

It' s a great choice among all the 3-star hotels. We enjoyed Very much the room. It was clean and very warm in spite of the weather outside. The bathroom was clean too and big enough. The tv was very small tough. Breakfast was not that abundant or varied. Different juices ( not fresh) and yogurts but just one type...

We arrived in Cuzco a day on strike, so it was very calm and relaxing. The hotel is well furbished, calm. The bedrooms are clear and clean. Bathroom is OK, with hot water. Breakfast is perfect. We didn't have diner in this hotel. Service is good. Wifi OK

I wonder how they have the courage to put little swan shaped towel arrangements on your bed...considering how the rest of the hotel is totally careless and devoid of any effort to please the guest. The wi-fi does not work properly. The bedrooms are ugly. The lighting in the bedrooms, as other reviewers have said, is senseless. It seems that...

Nice hotel, nothing fancy...water was warm in the shower. People were friendly and helpful. Small TV not many channels in English...two large holes in the bathroom where the pipes are..food at the restaurant was ok. Free wifi.

My wife and two kids stayed there a few nights in a single room with four beds (one a queen). The staff, as in most places, was very nice and attentive, as one night they went out to get us a pack of playing cards when they didn't have any on site. The breakfast was pretty good but the hotel...

My partner and I stayed at Imperial, requesting this over the standard Prisma hotel (which came with our G Adventures booking). We were given a triple room on the main road side. Tip- don't leave your window open, your room will be full of fumes by the end of the day. The first night we had cold showers and got...
