Decent hotel with a great breakfast! After staying at hotels where breakfast was just toast and butter, it was nice to have banana pancakes, scrambled eggs etc. It's within walking distance to everything although it is not in the town centre.

Great stop for me. I was very sick when I got to Cuzco. Not from altitude but from bad food before even arriving!! The man at the desk helped me with a map, told me where to go for medication & even gave me a few tips. It helps that I speak Spanish yes, but they still spoke English at...

This hotel is quite basic. No lift. Only hand soap provided. The rooms are clean, but dated decor. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection with lovely fresh fruit juices and eggs cooked to order. In relation to the main town the location is ok during the day, but as the approach each way is from smaller streets I felt...

Pros: - Location is walking distance to everywhere (but I note that it is not in the center of everything) - Good sized rooms - Very clean (and they are always cleaning!) - Helpful staff - Free breakfast - Will store luggage for free if you go on a side trip (eg. Inca Trail) - WiFi router on each floor,...

If you need a cheap hotel in Cusco for one night, then this is quite ok for you. The wifi only works in the lobby, the isolation is pretty much nonexistent. There is an electrical heater in each room which are needed and used badly. Also you can hear pretty much everything from every other room. The breakfast is really...

Stayed here with a tour group. It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful especially with storing luggage and bringing it up to the room (no elevators). Breakfast was great, a nice spread. Main complaint was noise. Walls are very thin. If you are staying on the ground floor you won't sleep well. Stayed on the 4th floor...

The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is good, the rooms are nice and clean.. They kept our luggage safe while we were out on a 4-day tour.. Very close walk to the Plaza de Armas so we could run back and forth if we needed to. The only drawback is that it gets very noisy during the day, but...

Nice hotel, wifi worked well in all the rooms and delicious banana fritters at breakfast! Bit noisy from hallway noise. Most of the staff were friendly and they kept our luggage safe and secure when we left on a tour for a few days.

This hotel is very central in Cusco with the Plaza de Armas just a short walk away. The customer service is excellent and they spoke really good English which helped. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts were adequate.

It's a noisy place cause there is an open area. We stayed here with a tour group and it was fine. No windows out but you have the open staircase. I really wish people would be more considerate about noise. Very basic rooms considering the price. Staff are cordial but they have a lot to organise. They really know what...
