I was here as part of Intrepid group tour. Excellent breakfast with omelet made to order, free coca tea, excellent for a budget hotel. Rooms are larger but the windows are thin. Unfortunately, my room faced the road so I heard a lot of traffic. Good front desk staff. Laundry service available for S/7 per kilo. Probably cheaper on the...

This hotel was in a good location in Cusco .. Close to everything but quiet at night . Breakfast is great with juices, coffee , all types of tea, toast, fruit, omelettes, little delicious banana pancake things with syrup! The staff speak English and are helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy .. Some have new bathrooms and some don't .....

Great hotel when you spend most of the day exploring and are just looking for a comfortable bed to come home to at night. We stayed on a fourth floor room for our first 2 nights, we then left for Macchu Pichu for 2 nights and came back to a second floor room for another 3 nights. Although not as...

Stayed for a night before and a night after an Inca trail trip. Wifi was slow and unreliable, shower in the first room got tepid warm, never hot (second room was much better). First room had no TV, second did. Kind of a gamble here. That said, beds were comfortable, place was clean, free breakfast was surprisingly good, and location...

We were booked this hotel as part of our Intrepid tour, plus we added a night before and after the tour itself. We had different rooms before and after our tour and the first room was overall far nicer than the second, which also stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room/hotel! However the beds were overall comfortable,...

The staff at this hotel were excellent and the hotel provides a very nice breakfast. The rooms looked a little tired and the showers were a lottery. Of the group of us that stayed at the hotel a number had complaints regarding the showers. Either the showers were not heating or very difficult to control either the flow of water...

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. It's probably one of the most 'OK' hotels we've every stayed at. The room is fine, although we had to ask EVERY DAY for a second towel. They knew it was a room for 2 people, yet kept giving us only 1 towel? Weird. It's a bit of a walk into...

An interesting walk into the main square with several small restaurants very close. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast excellent. Complementary coca tea by the front door. Also arranges laundry service for a fee. Stayed before and after our Inca trek. The room after the trek was on a higher floor with a better shower (but both were OK)....

A small, comfortable hotel of forty-two rooms hidden away on a side street of Cusco called Collacalle, four minutes walk from the city centre and the Plaza de Armas in particular. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The nightly cost is affordable, and well worth every penny. All you've heard about...

Decent hotel with a great breakfast! After staying at hotels where breakfast was just toast and butter, it was nice to have banana pancakes, scrambled eggs etc. It's within walking distance to everything although it is not in the town centre.
