This hotel has major security. There is a security guard standing at the front of a locked gate to the entrance. It made us wonder if this was a high crime area, however the neighbourhood seemed quite nice and we felt safe walking into the village. We stayed here two nights leaving for a day in between for an overnight...

Stayed there three nights which was too long as there isn't much to do in Arequipa but that's not the hotel's fault. The staff was nice. Wifi was working in the room and the gardens although a bit slow. Loved the breakfast setting in the garden. There is also a pool but I assume it's not heated but still nice...

Comfortable and quiet room with view over lovely garden with pool and seating area. Views of snow capped mountains also helped create the atmosphere. Breakfast in the outside seating area was very enjoyable and was ready in time for our 6.20am departure. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Arequipa, which is a lovely city. The staff...

We arrived late in the evening after our plane trip was cancelled out of Arequipa because of poor weather we were advised by our tour guide that it was as a good 3* hotel. What a disappointment initially, we were put in a very cold room which smelt of damp and had NO running water, when we questioned this the...

My kids, friends and I stayed here at the last minute on New Year's Eve. It was the loveliest, cleanest, most natural place we could find in Arequipa. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and nice. Showers are great here, considering Peru has some of the worst showers I've ever experienced. It's within walking distance of all the...

Stayed as part of a tour group, and found the hotel to have a great location and facilities BUT double beds here are the size of a king single and when we tried to move into a "twin room" as per our two sons so that we could get a good nights sleep they wanted us to pay extra... the...

An unusual hotel in that it has excellent grounds with a pool, dining areas and playground. Very comfortable we found it. Excellent for families. A restaurant and bar were good if you didn't want to go out. Very helpful staff

The spacious grounds have beautiful gardens and an outdoor breakfast patio. The breakfast is one of the best we had in Peru. The rooms are spacious clean and quiet. The bathrooms are fitted with showers and are very clean. The location is excellent, just a few blocks to the Plaza de Armas and Monasterio de Santa Catarina. The hotel has...

Just five blocks to Plaza de Armas with lots of shops and laundromats around, it has a good spread for breakfast. The room only has one power point so you need an adapter if you are going to charge more than one device or charger. Very comfy beds
