Stayed at this hotel on a tour of Ecuador. Upon entering the hotel, the view across the lobby is fantastic and overlooks the pool area. My room was on the 3rd or 4th floor if I recall and overlooked the backside by the pool area. Fantastic views and I had a nice king sized bed and flat screen TV. The...

We got to spend 2 nights at Hotel Quito as part of our tour of the Galapagos Islands with G Adventures. Hotel Quito is situated in a great location with stunning views of Volcan Pichincha and the surrounding mountains. We stayed in two different rooms on the third floor during our time in Quito. Both were incredibly spacious and played...

The check in experience was beyond expectation. I found best hotel in Quito knows as Hotel Quito. A place full of grand facilities with unforgettable taste of food.I like to say it hallmark of Quito. A complete hotel where you can stay with you family and conduct business meeting in same hotel. I arrived in Quito 2 o'clock of night...

Hotel Quito was part of our tour, so not our choice. The rooms are a good size and clean, but lacking some facilities such as air conditioning, or a fridge to keep water cold. They do provide coffee but only in the foyer and no tea which is a bit strange for a hotel of this type. Great staff, proactive...

I would recommend it. Comfortable with very good and free internet. The lobby is light, rooms have all you need for a pleasant stay. There is a business center and salon on site. The hotel has so many rooms so it easy to get lost. Rooms by the pool are isolated and old. Avoid those rooms. We were not impressed...

We stayed here three separate times during our trip through Ecuador. The showers are good and you can flush paper down the toilet, which is something you cannot do in most of the country still. The hotel is older and at least two of the beds could have used new mattresses. The noise from the local disco was bad if...

I stayed here for a total of three nights through an Ecuador tour and on each occasion found the staff to be poltie and friendly, the breakfast excellent and the rooms faultless. A particular highlight are the views if you are located in one of the top floors, and the view from the cafeteria which is on the seventh floor.

We stayed at Hotel Quito 2 nights as part of our Gate1 8 days Ecuador trip. Hotel Quito is equivalent to 3 star hotels in US with much better customer service. Some of our friends complained about hot shower but our room was just fine the 1 st night. On the way back to US we stayed at Hotel quito...

The hotel is in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to La Mariscal, a neighborhood where there are trendy bars/restaurants). That said, you still want to take a taxi, which runs $2-3. The lobby is very nice with a great view of the city and surrounding mountains. Rooms are standard, clean, with comfortable beds and decent bathrooms. My gripes: 1. Service...

They are in a good location , we felt really safe. The hotel is dated, not many upgrades since the 70's. The resteraunt on top floor is nice , and the view is wonderful. They may have had nicer rooms than we got in the package, but the beds were hard , the bath was small, NO A/C, it was...
