We stayed in this hotel as part of a group and had a suite which had a spectacular view over Quito. The hotel is modern and has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The food in the cafe was excellent although the service at the bar was a little slow. We had a plumbing...

A stay at this hotel before and after a Galapagos cruise was a welcome surprise. The rooms are what one would expect of a good, 4-star hotel in the U.S. and the service exceeds what one would expect. The hotel has extensive meeting rooms, a good amount of retail and 4-5 restaurants ranging from burgers to japanese cuisine. The real...

The hotel is a modern building in the Northern part of the city, where daily and business.life takes place. You are 15/20 minutes away from the historical important part of the city where all baroque churches, the Presidential Palace and the Museums are. The hotel offers all modern conveniences a Spa, a Gym a d swimming pool. The sight of...

Terrible customer customer service, placed in a room where we could hear the exact songs from the parties that went on in their ballrooms until 2am. Hotel was completely unresponsive. Most of the staff was unprofessional - we got a call to our room asking us to come down to pay for a spa fee an hour earlier before closure...

Our room, 704, had a good view over Quito, and out to one of the volcanoes. The room was a good size (for 2 people to unpack), and had a spacious bathroom. Some of the bathroom fittings looked tired. We stayed here as it was the start hotel for Trencrucero. It's not a downtown hotel, and its position in a...

Stayed here for one night, plus an evening before a red-eye flight. The hotel was clean and very American in that the rooms were big, there were several outlets for charging phones, shower toiletries were provided, etc. The staff were very friendly and most if not all spoke great English. Siegfried in particular was extremely welcoming and made us feel...

We stayed at the hotel prior to our Amazon Basin cruise with Un-Cruise. (Amazing!!!) The hotel is at the north end of town, which makes it more convenient to get to the airport. There are restaurants in the hotel, a supermarket about a block away, and quite a few restaurants on the street behind. There is a nice spa, indoor/outdoor...

We were lucky enough to spend a few days in this hotel before and after a trip to the Galapagos. This hotel is a bit dated but was built beautifully so you don't mind. Adjacent to the hotel and in the same building are shops as you would find in other cities' nice hotels.
