Nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast wasn't included ($3 USD) but was excellent. They also do family style meals every night which was a nice option. They also have good craft beer on tap. Travel agency downstairs was also helpful and offered a great free walking tour. Only cons: Wifi was spotty and showers were rarely hot.

I booked a tour to the Amazon with this agency and the whole process was very simple for me. The agency was honest and very organised with planning my tour, also with a very short turn around. I would recommend this agency for booking tours in and around Quito.

Don't stay anywhere else in Quito. This is the nicest, cleanest and all-around best hostel in South America. The staff is amazing as is the food, showers and guest kitchen. They've thought of everything. The location is great for sight seeing too.
