My luggage backpack got stolen from this hostel 2 days ago,the very rude receptionist who was at the hostel the whole day told me that she saw nothing and she is not there to keep an eye on people's backpacks...she said that it is not...More

Las night we stayed there only for a few a hours since we were only going to Valparaiso to attend a party. We were assigned in separate bunk beds , me in one downstairs and my brother in another one upstairs (although there were more)....More

T'here are so many things wrong with this place I don't know where to start. Firstly the website claimed to have bilingual staff which is rubbish, the didn't speak a word. That's fine but don't advertise something when its false. There was only 1 toilet...More
