We were looking for somewhere cheap but nice and private to relax. This was the perfect place. It's in one of the tourist locations but hidden away nicely. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and cosy room. I would definitely recommend.

Great little place, beautifuly decorated making it feel like home. Nice new clean bathrooms and a communal dining table. Oliver is a wonderful host and provides a lovely breakfast with fresh coffee. He is also a cultural anthropologist and lectures at the local university so he is a great person to give advice and insights on Valparaiso and Chile. The...

Casa Kultour sits on one of the steep hillsides in Valpo; very colorful interior and exterior, lots of artwork on the walls, friendly atmosphere. Oliver definitely is the consummate innkeeper; friendly and informative. Location is perfect if you're into great local restaurants, artwork and crafts, and just Valpo ambiance! Definitely a place to return to.

Staying at Casa Kultour with Oliver is a great experience. He's very informative, and totally friendly. The house is great, relaxed vibe. We had a great time in Valpo, and Casa Kultour and Oliver were a lot of the reason we enjoyed our stay so much.

Great location, friendly staff and traditional Chilean breakfast of bread, butter, jam and cheese. Decent coffee. Location is great - we walked to the pier, the restaurants and the discotheque. Rooms and bathroom are clean and well taken care of. They've got beer bottles for you to use and fill up - sustainable and saves money! Definitely coming back!

Some fantastic wall murals and nice galleries. We stayed in a double room with bathroom on the top floor. Nice views of the port and townscape. Room was...

When we first arrived at Casa Kultour, we had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to let us in & after which there was another wait since there was confusion about the rooms we had booked. Having said that, that was really our only complaint with the place. Oliver was a great host & gave us tips on where...
