I was staying for two days in Santiago, and thought staying by the airport would be convenient. I did not realize that it costs maybe $20 by taxi to go to the airport. There’s really nothing to do around the hotel, however the staff is very friendly and kind, the food in the restaurant is good, breakfast buffet is good and filling. There was an issue with my safe in the room not working, the staff was very quick to offer me a different room where the safe didn’t work. I do think this is a good value for your money, if needing to stay by the airport.

I picked the Hotel for the Airport Location. We had three days in Santiago before flying out. There are many city buses that are running about the streets next to the hotel that can get you to the METRO train station. The hotel is rather isolated and has good security. The restaurant on site limited menu, and no competition close. Front desk staff great for helping out. The carpets in our room 301 , was soiled badly. The shower door had water damage / mold and the A/C/ unit ran well but noisy. For the price and time it did the job.

Stayed overnight on arrival. Convenient position close to airport. Pool closed, but didn’t look inviting area in any event. Rooms and bathrooms ok, although air con very noisy. Common areas small. Food in restaurant not brilliant and expensive. Staff friendly.

Outdated hotel, Lunch and diner were good. Friendly staff. Situated on a very good spot.
From airport, shuttle service available. Rooms are clean but in our opinion outdated.
Swimming pool under construction, heating too.

This hotel is situated near enough to the airport for convenience, but no so near that aircraft are intrusive. Very good soundproofing - we could see but not hear aircraft.

It is situated in what appears to be an industrial estate. At least the views are clean and fresh, with the snow-capped Andes prominent in the distance. Not much of interest to see in the vicinity of the hotel, but the TransVIP shuttle service for the airport works well and the hotel arranged a very pleasant city tour for us.

We arrived around 9:30 am from an overnight flight. We were made welcome and given access to our room around 10:00 am, even though official check-in is 3:00 pm. Disabled-friendly room quite spacious, with good quality furnishings, clean and smart. Large desk, suitable for business travellers, though the lighting was concentrated over the bed area. A floor-standing lamp, situated over an armchair, could be considered better placed over the desk. Air-conditioning control provided but it seems that this could not be set below 19 °C - a bit warm for some overnight. Bathroom laid out as wet room. The plumbing fittings were first class, with sensible shallow depression under shower to prevent water from spreading elsewhere in the shower room. Except this did not work properly. Any stray water from the shower would land on the main floor and spread all over the place. An extra touch in the form of a shower curtain would make a huge difference to this place. No supports alongside w.c., as one would expect in a disabled room. Some extra space for hanging towels would be of benefit too. Wi-Fi worked well in bedroom and public areas.

Good food and service in restaurant. For breakfast this worked mainly on a self-serve basis. Good choice and quality of breakfast food. The pool glistened invitingly through the restaurant window. However were were told it was not in use till the summer season. A pity - with temperatures in the mid twenties there would have been a few takers.

We stayed for two nights. Although this hotel is somewhat clinical and functional in design, we became attached to it - possibly helped by the friendly and helpful disposition of the staff. We were a little sorry when the time came to leave.

I understand that this hotel has an official four-star rating. I would gladly endorse that; the few shortcomings were compensated by quality, ambience and the attitude of the staff. I would happily stay here again, if we were to return to this area, and would recommend it to others, subject to their specific requirements.

Making my first review on trip advisor to dissuade people from trying this hotel. We had $90+ in fraudulent charges from the hotel restaurant and the receptionist would take no action to resolve it, only giving us the email address for their accounting department (who my girlfriend emailed twice and never heard back from). This hotel sucks! There's a holiday inn right across the street from the airport we stayed in a week later, much better and much closer to the airport anyway.

Good transport to and from the hotel. Good breakfast. We had dinner there. I think any student Could make a better hamburger, absolutely tasteless. Not sure who chooses the music in the restaurant, let's say, it's not inviting! At All. And the lightning does not add to it either. Restaurant opens at 4am and closes at 11pmk. It does have an outside pool, but closed in winter time and you're not even allowed to sit outside there with a drink (it's the sunny side). The beds are too soft, the room very noisy, the bathroom ridiculously small (the tap too far backward and your towel is drying in the toilet. There is the choice of very hot or very cold water. There is room to hang your clothes, but there are no clothes hangers!? Our wakeup call did not come through. Staff is nice.

The hotel is located 7 minutes from the airport. They offer a free shuttle service, but you have to go to the counter of Transvip and show your booking reservation. They will give you a voucher and will take you to the car. To return from the hotel to the airport, they charge you 5 dollars and you have to book in advance at the reception desk of the hotel.
The room was clean, the shower was good, but the food at the restaurant was disappointing. I had dinner there and it was really bad.
The wifi is free and works well in the hotel.
The breakfast opens at 4:30 which is great if you have to leave the hotel early. They had a small selection of cold cuts, chilled juice, cakes, cereals, bread, eggs and sausages.
The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful.

I would have given the hotel 4 stars except we were scammed by the front desk on the day we left.

The room is clean, the check-in was seamless and the breakfast plentiful. The Hotel is a 5 minute ride from the airport. We were told that a shuttle buss would collect us. It never arrived. When we got to the hotel the front desk said there was a misunderstanding they only provided a free shuttle to the airport not from the airport. Early the next morning the "gentleman" on duty at the front desk wanted 10 000 pesos IN CASH for the shuttle. we had an 8 am plane to catch and no matter what I said he declined to let us go until we paid him, I stated that he should place the charge on our bill - he declined. As we were running late I paid the cash and left. We checked out in the morning of 15 December - management please follow this up - lets see if you do anything.

I'm sure they can, they book taxis / shuttle bus services which seem to be 24/7. To be sure I'd contact the hotel directly. Safe travels.
