We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights in Feb but we were a little disappointed. It's in a good location and opposite a train line which is handy! The hostel really is lacklustre however - staff are polite but not overly friendly, rooms have no aircon and got very hot, also very noisy. No nice areas to hang out...

Pro: Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My credit card swiped many times, but not passing. Finally, the staff had to put in number manually. They helped schedule my ride back to airport via TransVIP, 7000. The room was clean. Con: The bed was nit ready when I got to my room at 3.30pm. But, it was resolved after reported.

We arrived early in the am to Santiago and the Andes hostel let us drop our bags off and store them on a locked cupboard. The location of this hostel is fantastic and there is a lot around. We stayed in one of the apartments which was nice and spacious. The cleanliness of the room was average at best. Sheets...

This sweet young lady checked me in at registration, a few hours ago and I must say, her exceptionally helpful, bright, cheerful attitude has made my day. She listened to my broken Spanish questions and went far beyond expectations in accommodating me, even though it was a busy time of day. I look forward to my two week stay at...

After the reviews I read, and an endorsement in my travel guide, I arrived hopeful. Unfortunately, my experience was NOWHERE NEAR what I expected. To start off with, despite having received email confirmations, they lost my reservations, for myself and friends, for an apartment later that week. I had to forward all of my emails and start the reservation from...

I decided to stay in this hostel when I saw a Trip Advisor 2016 Award displayed at the front desk...I cant understand how that award got there. Besides being dirty I had a very bad experience with the staff, specially with the manager, a young man who said his name is Dani. Yesterday afternoon he aproached me asking if I...

We booked our room directly at the hostel with the two managers and when we came back they told us that they made a mistake and had no reservation. Then they let us in Santiago, at 9 pm without helping us to find something else even it was their fault. The service is very bad.

The staff was really nice! When I arrived my online booking hadn´t worked because of a problem with the system and even when they where full they managed to find me a room. They were really helpful and nice. Also, they have a great atmosphere, this is not a party hostel but you get to meet nice people and enjoy...

If you are looking for a low budget option this is it. You can choose the private room/bathroom at a very good price. There was a problem with my reservation but the staff was kind enough to fix it right away. The private room was small but confortable enough but I am pretty sure the sheets were not clean :(...
