This sweet young lady checked me in at registration, a few hours ago and I must say, her exceptionally helpful, bright, cheerful attitude has made my day. She listened to my broken Spanish questions and went far beyond expectations in accommodating me, even though it was a busy time of day. I look forward to my two week stay at...

After the reviews I read, and an endorsement in my travel guide, I arrived hopeful. Unfortunately, my experience was NOWHERE NEAR what I expected. To start off with, despite having received email confirmations, they lost my reservations, for myself and friends, for an apartment later that week. I had to forward all of my emails and start the reservation from...

I decided to stay in this hostel when I saw a Trip Advisor 2016 Award displayed at the front desk...I cant understand how that award got there. Besides being dirty I had a very bad experience with the staff, specially with the manager, a young man who said his name is Dani. Yesterday afternoon he aproached me asking if I...

We booked our room directly at the hostel with the two managers and when we came back they told us that they made a mistake and had no reservation. Then they let us in Santiago, at 9 pm without helping us to find something else even it was their fault. The service is very bad.

The staff was really nice! When I arrived my online booking hadn´t worked because of a problem with the system and even when they where full they managed to find me a room. They were really helpful and nice. Also, they have a great atmosphere, this is not a party hostel but you get to meet nice people and enjoy...

If you are looking for a low budget option this is it. You can choose the private room/bathroom at a very good price. There was a problem with my reservation but the staff was kind enough to fix it right away. The private room was small but confortable enough but I am pretty sure the sheets were not clean :(...

This place was worse than I thought: even though the staff was very nice and the reception is beautiful, the facilities aren't good enough: no lockers where to keep your stuff next to the shared showers, not enough lockers in the shared bedrooms, breakfast was poor, not enough extra blankets (it's winter right now). But, the worst part of my...

I thought everything about the stay was good. helpful staff, smooth checking and out process. Everything was clean, and very reliable wifi. What is expected out of a hostel. My only regret was the room we booked. My friend and I decided to spend a little extra money and get a 2 bed private room (no private bathroom). The room...

The staff are very friendly. Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Best thing is that it is literally 5 meters from the metro station and the whole area around is full with resturunts, bars and other cool stuff. Highly recommend !

Most guests are accommodated in apartments in a high-rise on Merced, which is a 300-metre walk from reception. The high-rise has 24-hour guards. The apartments are well kept and clean. The maid comes in six days a week, not on Sundays. There is a supermarket on the first floor. This place is not recommended when you have a car; parking...
