Can't knock this for location which is best thing about it. Everything else like carpeting, bath was a bit on the grubby side. Breakfast v basic but plenty of fresh fruit. You have to keep lift button pressed until lift arrives which is odd.

Firstly we booked a room with a double bed but was given 3 single beds , the bathroom smelt like it hadn't been cleaned for months & skirting was missing around the door . Raised the issue with management and they agreed to change us to another room in the early afternoon. We also asked if our room has a...

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of Tucan Travel tour. First impression is where is the hotel as entrance is at the back of a run down shopping centre especially on Sunday when everything is closed. Reception is small as restaurant public areas are on the 2nd floor. Our room on the 5th floor was very dated, 2 rooms...

Booked this place for our first night in Santiago. This place in smacked down right at the most central road in Santiago only one block from the main shopping street. It has a brilliant breakfast that also includes fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. The room facilities were impecable, everything was in order. Recommended for family stay, though we found out...

This hotel is really located,it's in downtown of Santiago. your location is very good, because the main touristic spots are near from it,such as La Moneda Palace, neibourhood Paris-Londres,the oldest Santiago church, many subway stations,Plaza das Armas Square,Cerro Santa Lucia and many more. Hotel staves are really helpful and friendly. The entrance of hotel is a little bit strange,it doesn't look like a...

If you want to stay at a dump for $80US per night then this is the place for you. The location is very central but that's where the good news ends. The rooms are in bad shape, the breakfast isn't that good and the whole stay just wasn't enjoyable. Not recommended.

This hotel is located conveniently within walking distance of the main square of Santiago. The rooms are fine, although a bathroom door which cannot open fully because it bumps into a bed is a little inconvenient. There are 11 floors and there can be a long wait for one of the lifts. Traffic noise can be noticeable. Wifi is only...

Stayed 1 night, reception small. First room no electricity some delay to give us reluctantly another room. Room spacious, extra large comfortable double bed, Tv and on 3rd floor managed to get free WIFI, even though only available on 2nd floor. Shower and toilet unbelievably small, toilet unable to sit as very close to wall, shower not enticing. Close to...

Like Vacanta_mare and other users, I couldn´t get over how impolite the staff are. They are rubbish in all languages other than Spanish. With respect to location, sure, this place is central. With respect to the actual building itself, it is tired and run down both inside and out. The bath was dirty. There is no drinking water in the...

If you like being eaten alive by bed bugs, this is the place for you! I stayed in a triple room, and all three of us woke up covered in bites. I stayed here on a group tour, and other people reported the same about in their rooms.
