Bidasoa is a remarkably small property with just three floors. You quickly learn the faces of the regular staff, who are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has many options including made to order eggs. There is a small patio and garden around the pool, a very comfortable and relaxing place for lunch, dinner or a drink. The location in...

My 5th stay at the Bidasoa and certainly not the last one. This little family- run hotel, although a bit dated, offers immaculate service and perfect attention to detail in a great quiet location. The scrambled eggs for breakfast must be the best on the continent and the staff did not change since the first time I visited back in...

I've stayed here several times now, both whilst on holiday and whilst away on medical trips. Planning another stay with my family in October because the service is great, the staff are friendly and make a point of knowing who you are. All in all it's a great little place to stay. if i were to have anything negative it...

What a great experience at the end of a long trip to Chile! Staff was extremely service oriented and many were fluent in English. Rooms are decent, but the common areas are very nice. The pool/patio area is the most inviting space I have ever seen in any hotel around the world. It almost makes you want to lounge around...

Its the second time we stayed in this hotel (2010 and 2013) the rooms are clean and luxurious. the standard rooms are a little bit small, but the superior very big. most of the rooms have a balcony, but the view is not so fantastic (parkinglot). it has a nice garden with lounge chairs and a swimming pool. and when...

This is a great find in the Vitacura neighborhood of Santiago. This is a small boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly staff. Rooms were neat, clean and very functional. Amazing courtyard off the restaraunt (with a pool but alas it wasn't that warm). We had an amazing view of the Andes from our own balcony. Breakfast was good...

This hotel offers a quite place in Santiago. Service is good, rooms are ok, however a bit outdated. Food during breakfast and occasionaly lunch or diner is good, only minus might be the restaurant & bar close quite early. Always nice to be back over there! The garden offer a good place to stay for a while, working or talking.

We were greeted warmly from the second we arrived. Great little hotel in the Vitacura district which is close to restaurants and it's quite. Beautiful little garden area is very relaxing. Very good food and the hotel itself is lovely. Great value as well. I'm very happy with my stay and will recommend.

I frequently stay here when I'm in Chile on business. It's on Vitacura and reasonably well sited, though downtown Santiago (Santa Lucia, Alameda, the Mercado Central etc) are way too far to walk. Furnishings in the rooms and out are relatively spartan, but the hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are very friendly and the food is rather good. Breakfasts...

The pictures look better than the real deal. the pool/garden area is very charming, the people are mostly friendly. Just a bit worn around the edges. The location is very good. The price is much lower than other area hotels. I sent my mother in law and her sister there because the reviews looked pretty good. They only needed one...
