The hotel is located in providencia, where you can find markets, lots of restaurants and easy metro and bus to get around. The staff is also very friendly and the breakfast is nice! The only throwback is the absence of a mini refrigerator, but I think no ibis hotel has one. Recommend.

Great location and close to both the metro and the central bus station where the airport bus is conveniently located. Hotel staff is helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is adequate and there are plenty of eateries around the hotel.

Pros: very attentive staff, comfortable room, excellent and safe location (with supermarket, restaurants, and a gentleman's club close by) Cons: showers not too warm, and in one of the days they were cold altogether

I usually stay in this hotel for short stays in Santiago. Location and connectivity are excellent. However, being in peak holiday season I do not recommend this hotel for business purposes. Waiting times for check-in/checkout are excessive for non-holiday passengers. Also, some of the tourists are quite rude and don´t seem to enjoy waiting in line to be served. I...

Central location. Clean, modern, and basically functional accommodation. Reliable internet. Look to check in online, if possible to save time. There are many rooms, so depending on time of day, can be crowded in the lobby and individual attention slows down. Generally comfortable and quite good value for the price,

We stayed on two separate visits during December 2016. The rooms are very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The climate control works well and the windows also open, even on high floors. The service was very polite and helpful. I mostly spoke (broken) Spanish. I would absolutely stay here again.

Located pretty central in Santiago. Free parking despite our extended (past checkout) stay to accommodate a really late flight to our next stay in Costa Rica. Room was clean (slightly in disrepair-shower door did not close completely), meal at the restauraunt was good, staff were friendly & helpful (bought a Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tour ticket 22USD) all-in-all a reasonably good experience.

We stayed here during Christmas. Good value for the price, located near metro in a nice neighbourhood. Staff are helpful, mostly Spanish speking, the restaurant is open from the morning to late in the evening. Standard is better than Ibis in other cities.

We spent two nights in this hotel after a cruise. We found that the hotel was very similar to the other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. This is great as we always find the Ibis hotels are a great budget hotels that we can count on in other cities. The price was very reasonable. The room is small but...
