We stayed for 5 nights at the Orly and loved, loved, loved it. It is listed as a "boutique" hotel, which usually means that the rooms can be on the small or compact side of life. And while they weren't spacious, we found them to be well-sized. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to answer...

Stay at Hotel Orly has been fantastic. I arrived around 1300 and my room was not ready - check out time is 1200 so this was not surprising. By 1430 my room was still not ready so they put me in a 2 room suite instead!! If someone is in group of three looking for a place to stay this...

I know hidden gem is often (mis)used , but in this case it applies. First a word on the S-American hotel star-system. This is more based on quantity then on quality. An hotel can f.i. loose a star because it has not enough parking or they dont serve dinner. Hotel Orly has "only" 3-stars and we only booked it on...

Not sure why this hotel is only number 23 in Trip Advisor but it deserves better. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. Excellent neighborhood (Providencia), we felt safe, within walking distance to Costanerra Center/Shopping Mall, metro station, shops, grocery stores, banks and other businesses. We stayed here a total of four nights, one night in a hotel room...

One can sense the French touch already entering the hotel lobby, which is a bit tiny, but brilliantly designed breakfast area right behind. Breakfast wonderful with lot's of choice. The rooms kind of small, but very comfortable. Best hotel bedsheets I've slept in long time, but can't say the same for towels...

The staff here were incredibly helpful with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Provedencia is a fantastic spot with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Some are tucked away in courtyards. The included breakfast here has everything-yogurt, fruits, pastries, cereals, juices, Hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, meats, cheese and bread. The breakfast room is bright and very comfy. There is also a...

This hotel is a real gem. Reasonable nightly price, with a nice breakfast included in a really beautiful oldy-worldy room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a distinct French feel about it (the name matches the ambiance). So everything is a bit squishy (that is a technical term meaning slightly cramped) but perfectly adequate and very...

We stayed in he Hotel Orly for two nights. We had a suite which was quite comfortable. The very efficient meto is about two blocks away and you can get almost anywhere in Santiago for about one dollar. The breakfast was good andincluded scrambled eggs, patries, bacon, cereal and fruits. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

This hotel is located near to everything and everywhere. A subway station on the corner to areas not within walking distance, numerous restaurants and cafes, convenient stores and pharmacies for the last minute forgotten items. Close to the river and park. The hotel itself is charming with a French flavour in its decor. The reception staff were always happy to...

We stayed at the Hotel Orly for a full week, our first visit to Chile. The Hotel more than met our expectations having researched it before we booked. The staff are very friendly and extremely customer oriented. The breakfast is extensive and during the day, the breakfast room and lounge provide a very comfortable relaxing area. The Hotel is located...
