We just recently stayed at the Orly Hotel. It is a lovely boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful employees. The bedroom and bath are nice size. Lots of room for storing your luggage. There is cable tv with both English and Spanish stations. There is a lovely lobby with comfortable furniture and a large dining area for the complimentary breakfast....

We stayed at the Orly for 8 days, Christmas through New Years. We can't say enough about the hotel's charm and excellent service. Each staff member we came in contact with was professional and helpful. Most of our contact was with Gonzalo. It seemed he was the person at the reception desk when we needed something. We arrived on Christmas...

We have enjoyed ORLY before. It is a very nice boutique hotel in the old part of Santiago. Rooms are charming, not large by American standards but delightful for those who are not looking for volume, everything is here, a good bed, bath (with personal shower) and excellent FULL breakfast of breads, cereal, eggs (two styles), bacon or sausage, fruits...

On arrival we were quickly checked in and shown to our room. The rooms were quite small but perfect for a short stay. There is a bar at the front of the hotel but it is closed on Sunday's.The breakfasts were great and served in a conservatory area that led out to a small patio very peaceful with its own water...

We are spending a week in Santiago prior to a cruise. Used my old 2005 Rick Steve's guide to help select this hotel. Just as good as he described, and only a little more expensive. Much cheaper than anything comparable in USA! Elias at the desk was extremely accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and he invited our group...

We arrived at this hotel at 11:30 pm after a long flight. The desk attendant was not friendly, and we were taken to the building across the street, after we had unloaded all our bags from the taxi. Our apartment room was large, but the bathroom was the size of a small closet. The shower was the smallest I have...

Rather than a large North American hotel, we chose this superb Chilean hotel in a beautiful neighborhood of the city, close to great restaurants and the sites of the city. Our bed-sitting room was spacious with good facilities and excellent daily housekeeping. And our room was very quiet. The complimentary buffet breakfast has lots of choices. The front desk staff...

This charming, old fashioned hotel suited us perfectly for a few days in Santiago. It is quiet, located a short way from a subway stop, in a neighborhood full of trees and restaurants. The breakfast room and garden are a great way to start the day; the small bar is a perfect way to plan the evening. Our room was...

We stayed just one night. The hotel is well placed. The bedrooms are very small. We ( two adults0 struggled to get us and two suitcases in the room. Fortunately, we were on our way home and had packed, so that we needed only to open one suitcase. The other one we had to put in the wardrobe so that...

Very pleasant quiet and friendly hotel in quiet road. Friendly staff made a big effort to get us into our room early when we arrived after long flight. Room comfortable but not very large. Nice breakfast. Restaurants nearby.
