I stayed here for many weeks and I was delighted with the hotel. It is very well located in a nice and safe area. It is just walking distance from many attractions. The rooms are comfortable, The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great.

I have just finished staying here for business. If I came back for a holiday I would stay here immediately, but as a business hotel, it fails on several levels, and there are some other faults that could make it better without too much difficulty. What's good? The room was excellent, spacious, big shower, with a very comfortable bed. It's...

I spent three nights at Rugendas. It is well located in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood, near El Golf subway stop in Las Condes. The room was comfortable, with amazing pillows and a large toilet as well as wardrobe. The staff both in the reception and in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a lovely salmon sandwich...

I found the hotel very charming. The front desk was extremely nice when I came at 4.00 am (delayed flight). Breakfast is not that good. Not too much to select. Not even a la carte. Room was spacious. TV with a lot of channels available. Within walking distance from Costanera Center and Apoquindo, main thoroughfare with restaurants, cafes and stores....

I stayed 5 days; did not pay the bill myself, so hard to comment on value; prices displayed at reception ($200 w/breakfast) look steep; website suggest about £95, not too bad for Santiago, in a very quiet, secure, up-market part of town, close to lots of restaurants and 5 minutes from Golf metro station (15 minutes to downtown). Front desk...

The hotel is in a very quiet area of the upscale Providencia district. The Metro (red line) is a very short three blocks away. It is actually quite walkable from the big restaurant-row area (street name I have forgotten). Staff very nice. Our first room was very nice, but the second had a somewhat musty background smell, the sink didn't...

nice hotel in a quite area of Santiago. In walking distance you may reach some business districts with several bars + restaurants. Rooms are small but ok, internet access is sufficient and nice atmosphere. I found the breakfeast in the morning a bit overloaded, it happened several times that food was out or plates were missing. The quality of the...

I stayed here for 4 nights total on each end of a 10 day trip to Chile. Superbly friendly staff, centrally located in El Golf section of Santiago, and easy walking o wonderful restaurants, subway, hotels and the new Costnera Center. You won't go wrong staying here. They even stored some of my luggage for me for free while I...

Ask for an omelette during breakfast, or else you will never know that they serve it. My colleagues really enjoyed it :-) The free WiFi Internet connection is stable throughout the hotel, and the speed is good. The single-bed room is a bit crowded, but it has a very warm feeling, and it was well equipped. The staff was very...

The hotel is very close the El Golf station and also walking distance from the Costanera center. We spent two nights at the hotel, and our last night at the hotel we had the a/c not working. The room got pretty hot and unfortunately the front desk personnel could not get the a/c working during night so we had to...
