We stayed two nights at this hotel before our cruise trip. We booked this hotel after having read good reviews about the hotel, especially its location. The location is very good, only a few blocks from Plaza de Armes, the center of the city. The hotel staff was friendly; some spoke ok English some not. The breakfast was good. The...

A good place to stay in downtown Santiago, very close to excellent museums and other attractions. Friendly, helpful staff and a good breakfast, also an acceptable restaurant if needed. My room on the sixth floor was facing the main road but was quiet, it had even a tiny balcony and a nice view.

I would say Panamericano is a mid range hotel both for the price and for the services offered and it meets the overall expectations. It's centrally located, being a good choice for those who want to explore downtown Santiago by foot. Besides sightseeing, the area is full of shops, restaurants and the metro is less than 10 minutes away. Rooms...

Amazingly kind receptionists who will do their best to meet the needs of the guest: I had a serious problem with connecting my cell phone to the hotel WiFi, which was not the result of the poor wireless network but malfunction of my phone. The receptionist did not give up until he fixed my phone, it took him 20 minutes...

This hotel is located in the downtown business district- which means that after 7p and on the weekends everything is closed. Really, there wasn't a place we could have dinner or a drink for 2 days and 2 nights. Coming back to the hotel at night we did not feel safe. Do not take the subway and get out at...

Our family enjoyed the 3-day visit in Santiago - short but nice. Hotel was strategically located - in the center of the city. There were good restaurants and shops near the hotel- easily accessible by walking. Friendly staff. Good service.

Nice staying. Enough for a few days for general purposes (family, work, etc.) The best point of the hotel is the location: right close the President's house in the city center. Close to La Moneda metro station.

Great location to hit the major spots. We only had one day in Santiago, do it was important to be close to the sites. The room was nice and clean. Like many places, they happily provided storage for our luggage since our flight was much later than checkout. Finally, it seemed to be very reasonably priced.
