First time to this city, and found this hotel in a great location. Rooms are ok...not huge, but staff and service very good....as you would expect. Breakfast and the restaurant and bars are really good.... I would recommend this hotel without any doubt.

Wonderful property with a very attentive staff, great food, and comfortable rooms. Located in a great area for walking, dining, shopping, and close to the Metro line to make the entire city accessible.

Stayed there two nights with a tour group Oct 20, 21. Our room (515) was quiet and comfortable. Arrived about 9:30 am after an overnight flight and had to wait until almost noon for a room. Food and service in the bar were excellent. Laundry was very expensive! Some good restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Tiramisu)

Very average, tired hotel ~ not at all what you expect from the Ritz. Although booking 5 months in advance they did not honor our room request upon check in. The rooms are old and dated. No water pressure & no hot water. To take a shower you just use all hot water and you get some varying degree of...

We had a suite at the 3rd floor. A fantastic room . Everything very stylish. But the breakfast, ooh , the breakfast - best we had in any hotel for a very long time. ( and we do travel...) i wish it was closer to my home. overall - Excellent!

Wonderful stay at the Ritz Carlton Santiago. Great location with easy access to Santiago’s very convenient Metro. The lobby and bar areas are typical Ritz with old-world furnishings and overstuffed leather couches and chairs. The furnishings might need a little sprucing up, but nothing major. The bar/café had great food and drinks. Breakfast at Estro, the main restaurant, was pretty...

We stayed here for several nights as a home base while we explored Santiago and the coast. It was fantastic. The staff were incredible. Michael, one of the concierges, had excellent recommendations and helped make more complex reservations when our Spanish wasn't up to the task. The room was spacious and had an incredibly comfortable bed with cozy Frette sheets....

The style is a more like a boutique hotel. It has lots of old world charm, a small lobby area and nice comfortable lounge/bar area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit underwhelming for a Ritz Carlton but it provides a quiet place of solitude away from the noise of the street. I did have...

Bellman only asked inside the hotel if I needed help with the bags. Shouldn't he said that outside when he saw me approaching the hotel? The incompetent front desk clerk Andrea had to ask manager to check me in when she was incapable of performing this important action. Other front desk agents were pleasant, however. If you expect typical Ritz-Carlton...

Great hotel, great service, excellent bar, full spa... If you are looking for full service, first class stay in Santiago this is certainly one of the top choices. On the other hand, if you are interested in Lastaria and Bella Vista attractions, walking from Ritz would take more than an hour. A taxi ride could take almost half that time...
