I generally prefer smaller, funky hotels, but I was staying on points and this was an incredible deal for the nights we needed. The hotel was a beautiful upscale hotel, with a very comfortable room, bed, furnishings, etc. Not a whole lot of local character, but that sometimes seems to be the point of places like this. It was nicely...

My first time staying at the San Cristobal Tower was a good experience. PROS: It’s modern and clean with charming and attentive staff. Good (not too far) walking distance from shops, cafes, restaurants. Amazing views from the 21st floor restaurant / bar. CONS: Takes ages to stabilise the shower temperature. With 2 hotel entrances organised taxis get confused which to...

I had a generous and quiet room and enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge on the 21st floor with great view. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the center, so you usually need a taxi, footpaths are only limited.

San Cristobal Tower hotel at first look is expensive at over $225 (prepaid), however it is worth every penny. Official taxi ride from the airport (SCL) to the hotel is about $35. It is very adviseable to use the official taxi (ignore the numerous hand held signs for taxi and go to the official taxi counter). This hotel tower is...

We arrived and there was no one to check us in. We were tired and hungry and waited for 15 minutes to someone to show up. The front desk guy appeared and check in was slow and not the type of service I expected from luxury collection hotel. The guy who attended us was COLD and not very welcoming. Overall...

The price justifies the means. It's a nice place to stay, though a little boring at times. The beds were comfortable, the food was good and the staff were lovely. I preferred spending much more of my time in downtown Santiago, but it was nice to come back to the room here. The staff also make it stupidly easy to...

Beautiful full service hotel in high rise that gives you an absolutely breathtaking view of Santiago and the mountains that surround it. Excellent breakfast included, and the evening happy hour on the 21st floor is great too. Large, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Part of the same complex as the Sheraton hotel, with which it shares bars and a great pool....
