We stayed in a superior double room. It was clean and comfortable and staff responded promptly to requests. They were very helpful with suggestions. The location was great, within about 6 blocks of popular neighborhood street cafes in and around the Patio Bellavista, including a popular local choice, Galindo, which has traditional Chilean cooking ( think pastel de choclo). It...

Staff was very helpful for getting hotel transfers and they made us feel extra special for staying here for our honeymoon (champagne, roses, chocolates). Location is in the lovely Bellavista area. The AC is a little noisy but we were able to sleep through it. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Loreto is in Barrio Bellavista, just three blocks north of the Parque Forestal and Rio Mapocho. It is within walking distance of La Chascona and Cerro San Cristobal; but also the restaurants, museums and sights in Barrio Lastarria and Barrio Civico. The staff are all exceptional; very friendly, gracious and capable. Breakfast is included and is substantial. I particularly...

This hotel is in a good location, it's clean, has a nice rooftop patio overlooking the city, and the staff are really lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Of the seven hotels I stayed at during my trip, this one had the best breakfast spread!

"Excellent" isn't enough to describe the service provided by this hotel. Every person we encountered went out of his/her way to provide great service, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast chef to the Front Desk. It truly was exceptional! The location of the hotel is good, easy walking to shops and restaurants and to the Metro. The room was...

Hotel Loreto has very friendly and helpful staff. It is very clean and within walking distance of the sites. We stayed here for our honeymoon. Do ask for a room with a private bath if that matters to you. Otherwise there are small bathrooms across the hall for use.

The hotel is clean and well maintained but I think it is the staff who were the most impressive. Despite being busy they helped us out with a couple of issues which were not directly related to the hotel.

Stayed four days in Santiago. Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Paid for "better" room, but was disappointed that this very large room had no furniture except the king size bed, nightstand, and narrow table with one ladder back chair. There was no closet with hangers, no dresser, no sofa or chairs to sit on--only the bed. The bathroom...

Many thanks to the lovely Melissa on the front desk for ensuring that our three day stay at the Loreto was restful and enjoyable..this hotel was very clean, provides a plentiful breakfast and by far it's best attribute is its staff who are friendly, helpful and supportive.the beds were huge and the bathroom in the Junior suite was massive. Rooms are extremely confortable and super clean. Hotel near to the Central Market and Pacific Galleries, and very charismatic staff. Simply but delicious breakfast with fresh local juices, jams, iogurts. Had problems regarding the credit card payment (which was twice charged) but staff managed to solve asap the problem.
