This hotel is in a good location, it's clean, has a nice rooftop patio overlooking the city, and the staff are really lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Of the seven hotels I stayed at during my trip, this one had the best breakfast spread!

"Excellent" isn't enough to describe the service provided by this hotel. Every person we encountered went out of his/her way to provide great service, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast chef to the Front Desk. It truly was exceptional! The location of the hotel is good, easy walking to shops and restaurants and to the Metro. The room was...

Hotel Loreto has very friendly and helpful staff. It is very clean and within walking distance of the sites. We stayed here for our honeymoon. Do ask for a room with a private bath if that matters to you. Otherwise there are small bathrooms across the hall for use.

The hotel is clean and well maintained but I think it is the staff who were the most impressive. Despite being busy they helped us out with a couple of issues which were not directly related to the hotel.

Stayed four days in Santiago. Hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. Paid for "better" room, but was disappointed that this very large room had no furniture except the king size bed, nightstand, and narrow table with one ladder back chair. There was no closet with hangers, no dresser, no sofa or chairs to sit on--only the bed. The bathroom...

Many thanks to the lovely Melissa on the front desk for ensuring that our three day stay at the Loreto was restful and enjoyable..this hotel was very clean, provides a plentiful breakfast and by far it's best attribute is its staff who are friendly, helpful and supportive.the beds were huge and the bathroom in the Junior suite was massive. Rooms are extremely confortable and super clean. Hotel near to the Central Market and Pacific Galleries, and very charismatic staff. Simply but delicious breakfast with fresh local juices, jams, iogurts. Had problems regarding the credit card payment (which was twice charged) but staff managed to solve asap the problem.

We originally intended to stay at Hotel Loreto for 2 days en route to Mendoza, but had to extend our stay by a day as the road to Mendoza was blocked by a heavy snowfall. Our initial room was small but comfortable and adequate for a short stay. However, when the Manager heard of our delayed travel, he willingly offered...

This hotel is a little overpriced for what it is. It's a very small room and bare bones. The bathroom is also pretty tiny. The location is fine, but not the safest to be walking alone at night. There are much better locations in Bellas Artes and Bellavista. The breakfast is average, keeping in line with the rest of the...

We finished our honeymoon at Hotel Loreto. They gave us the room at the very end of the hall which was equipped with a king and twin bed. The extra space was welcomed and we had access to a large shared balcony. The bathroom was huge with a Jacuzzi tub for two. The only downfall was that is was close...
