We thought this hotel was a good base for sightseeing as it was close to the Plaza de Armas and the funicular to the San Christobel and the Bellas Artes metro station. Also the Patio Bellavista was nearby with a good choice of restaurants for dinner. The rooms were good although the shower was very small and when you moved...

We enjoyed the Loreto. It's well-located and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was very good by Chilean. Wifi was pretty good in our room on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. While the room was fairly small and spartan in terms of furnishings, it was certainly adequate and we'd stay again.

Attentive helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great location. Very happy with this hotel. Close enough to walk to the University area or downtown. Lots of bars/nightclubs and restaurants close by. We saw Arabian, Chinese, Mexiccan, Korean, pizza, sushi within a couple of blocks. Lots of little bistros. In the University area there are the usual fast food places, with a Chilean...

Excellent hotel conveniently located close to town. Spacious room, very clean. Excellent breakfasts and very helpful staff. Great value for money. Staff all spoke English and went out of their way to help with our phone difficulties.

We had a couple of days stop over in Santiago and found this gem of a little hotel with courtyard and rooftop garden right in the Centre walking distance to all major sites. But what made our stay so special we're the wonderful staff who were ever so helpful. Thanks to you all.

We stayed three nights here at Hotel Loreto in December 2016. The hotel is in a great location in the bohemian Bellavista neighbourhood - you're within walking distance of sights and great restaurants. Our room was on the small side as is common in large cities. The staff were helpful orienting us around the city. I would definitely recommend this...

We loved this hotel. Our room was very spacious and quiet, with a balcony. All rooms have windows into an internal garden I think. The breakfast was great. We loved the variety (fresh raspberry juice every morning! variety of fresh fruits). The hotel is not very large, and feels very peaceful. The staff is exceptional! Very attentive, very caring. We...

Close to museums & also to bars and restaurants in the very busy and often noisy Bellavista neighborhood, but hotel is very quiet. Balconies are a treat- small but add so much to the room. Lots of common space- inside, on patio and on rooftop. Espresso Bar in lobby is a nice touch. Staff are excellent- can't do enough for...

If you have mobility issues, be sure to ask for a room on the lower floor when booking. Lovely hotel in a very interesting area of Santiago - close to plenty of places to eat and things to do. It is clean and comfortable, though our room was quite small it was lovely, and the staff are very friendly and...

As anxious travelers who speak no Spanish, we were reassured when staff arranged a driver to meet us at the airport. From the moment we arrived until we left 48 hours later, we felt lucky to have found this lovely, quiet, pleasing hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly with suggestions for restaurants and shopping, allowing us to stay in...
