Located on Huérfanos Street in Santiago, this hotel is two blocks west of major cultural and shopping areas. The hop-on hop-off bus runs close by. The building does not look like a hotel from the outside - but look for the 1400 above the door and ask directions at the security desk. The rooms are reasonably priced, comfortable and clean.... Perfect apartments for a family of four in a family suite. Great rooftop pool and view. Central location at main pedestrian street in Centro. The hall is not impressive, but the rooms has everything you need for a short stay. We can highly recommend this place when comparing to the relatively low price from hotels.com!

The hotel was nice and clean, and had really good beds. Nice location as well. The staff was super nice, and especially the recepcionist Ivan was very helpful. Was going to a football match between Chile and Argentina, but hadn't been able to buy the tickets because it was needed to have a Chilean RUT number to buy them. Ivan... More

I was a little bit confused when we got to the building, as it is really a downtown building complex that happens to house the Agustina Apart hotel. The managers, and all their employees were great!! They were always courteous and diligent on any request. Maid services is EXCELLENT!! *My recommendation would be to have the outside hallway and stairway... More

We arrived late at night, about 11:30 pm. The reception is on the 17 floor. The receptionist was waiting for us, very nice. (Nelson). But I found the people that lives in the biulding to be very strange.

This is a really weird place to stay as it's an appart hotel in a big complex where lots of other people live. The location is really central and the appartments are clean and modern. There are great views from the roof but the pool was broken the day we arrived and although they fixed it the second night it... More

Good location in the center of the city. Clean rooms with small kitchen, however rather small. All essentials are here and in good quality. Difficult to find the entrance as their is no sign of the hotel downstairs. It is located in a big building with much other companies, apartments.etc.. Price vs quality, this is a good deal.

We arrived on the corner of huérfanos totally dumbfounded. Where was the hotel? It's a residential building at the address. We asked the doorman who called someone...somewhere...and 5-10 minutes later a man arrived to take us up to an apartment which serves as the office. Unbeknownst to us, because it isn't mentioned on the website, we were renting an apartment... More

I stayed for a couple nights while connecting with family arriving from the United States. The location is in the central district, and it is a short, pleasant walk to the Plaza de Armas. As a previous reviewer pointed out, the rooms are located in an apartment complex as opposed to a hotel. I did not have trouble with the... More
