We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport several times over the last few years. Also this time the stay was top. As Hilton status customers we got a nice room without any blemish, even a welcome greeting (wine & sweets) was ready in the pre-air-conditioned room! In addition, we received a welcome cocktail at the bar. The indoor pool is large, the sunbathing area for sunbathing on the outdoor terrace too! The hotel also offers a sauna and gym. The entire Hilton hotel team was very friendly, accommodating and helpful from reception to departure!! Breakfast has a wide selection, even freshly squeezed orange juice!!! The free shuttle service to the airport was top and on time! We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Santiago Airport and will book it again!

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near SCL twice on my trip to Chile, and each experience provided excellent value and satisfaction. The location is convenient to the airport, albeit in an industrial area with little to do. There are sidewalks leading to a nearby bus station, but a car or taxi would certainly be more efficient for access to the city. Inside the hotel, the lobby is well-maintained and inviting, with high ceilings and an attached restaurant.
The service was fantastic. All employees spoke English, and they exhibited exceptional friendliness and professionalism. On both stays, the staff ensured I had a room facing away from the highway, and anything else I might have needed were tended to promptly.
My rooms were spacious, clean, and functional. Soundproofing met and exceeded my personal standards. The mattresses were somewhat deflated (as in when I lay down for extended periods in one spot, it began to sag downward), although that was the only con of the rooms.
Even if visiting downtown Santiago, there’s a lot of good to be said about this HGI property. I will return on my next Santiago adventure!

I am joining many others with my review saying the same thing: the hotel is quite ok, probably very good - but the shuttle is a letdown. We were directed to gate T2 by a local who apparently knew something, waited beyond the expected time, then tried to find an information counter. The ladies were helpful - they had a phone number for the hotel, also lent us their phones to talk to the hotel reception. Then we were told to walk from the international to the domestic terminal and find location C22 in the car park. We did - it turns out to be closer to the international terminal than the domestic one. It’s a parking spot in a car park. No signs, no indication that this is the pickup spot for the hotel shuttle. Should we wait here? Not very promising! By now it is 1 hour 30 minutes after stepping out of the international terminal. We took a taxi that charges US$ 25 for a 5 minute ride!
The lesson, Mr Hotel Manager: your customers are not being given the necessary information. You need to be proactive with providing this before arrival. Just advertising a 24/7 shuttle service is misleading marketing fluff. It also needs to be accessible and easy to find. If it requires pre-booking the service, say so in the reservation confirmation. If it requires a map, send it before the guests arrive. And if your front line staff promises a callback from you when you finished your meeting, make sure it happens. It never did. Poor service!
The lesson for other guests: put the extra $25 towards the accommodation costs at the Santiago Airport Holiday Inn. It is accessible and provides good service.

The hotel is a short cab ride from the airport and is well worth the convenience especially for an early morning flight. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, American English, with all the amenities per Hilton. Received free water, chocolates with small bottle of wine for a night cap. The restaurant was bright and cheery with good prices. They could use some additional vegetarian offerings. There is a free shuttle to the airport, but make sure to reserve the night before. Our shuttle held 6 with bags and was full for a 5:00 am ride.

We were landing late in the night and leaving early in the morning, hence went for this option. We got picked up by the free hotel shuttle at 2am and dropped off at 7am, which is great. The shuttle runs every hour and pls reserve a spot with the reception ahead of time. Drive time is 5-10 mins. Rooms are quiet sizeable with decent facilities incl gym and pool plus breakfast Much cheaper than the Holiday Inn option at the airport terminal, so would do it again.

This property is substandard for Hilton Garden Inn. Staff were terrible at the front desk- clueless, inefficient and not friendly. The property is in an area that is close to the airport, but surrounded by 12' high spiked fence and security gate, clearly not a place for anything but a brief stay after or prior to a flight. The shuttle service (hourly) actually worked out okay from the hotel- nice shuttle bus and it ran on time using mostly surface streets to the airport.

The room is spacious, compared to other hotels we stayed in during this trip to Chile. The amenities in the room are roughly comparable to most Hilton Garden Inn hotels in North America. Two negatives: (i) shower water temperature changed from extremely hot to extremely cold if one tried to adjust the water temperature. This seemed to be a common problem in all rooms. The only way to avoid this is to leave the water temperature at a higher level than most of us wanted; (ii) most of the restaurant staff were pleasant enough but one named Paulina looked and behaved as if her work was beneath her and never once changed her blank expression. She also seemed to think that standing at one end of a very long table to take food orders would work, which meant lots of mistakes as people yelled their orders to her and she wrote them down, often incorrectly. Fortunately, she didn't work every night!

A good airport hotel close enough for an overnight stay. The room was a good size, was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a bit hot (the ac tried but struggled) but for 1 night it worked and we did sleep very well. It has a good breakfast selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Main issue was the courtesy shuttle. You must pre-book or you won’t ever find it and it won’t arrive to collect you! We landed up with a taxi as we hadn’t realised this. Once organised the shuttle back to the airport was quick and efficient, it runs once an hour if someone has booked it.
