Santiago Backpackers is a great place to stay for many different reasons. First off, the location is prime. The hostel lies close enough to everything, but far enough so that you can still get a good night's sleep. The ambiance is cozy and clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing! Ari and team are very helpful, kind, and not to...

Arriving at Santiago Backbackers very very early in the morning, tired from a long airplane trip and frozen to the bone - I felt very revealed when the stuff of Santiago Backpackers welcomed me warmly, offering me the couch to lie down, some blankets to get warm and an early breakfast to revitalize. I can certainly say that the people...

The location of this hostel is perfect, wifi is pretty ok and the tv room is good. Dining area is big and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen, but not enough hob space for the size of the hostel and no oven. We were there 4 days and one activity was arranged, but we didn't hear about it In...

Planning to stay at Santiago backpackers for two nights, we ended up extending day after and being here for five nights in total. This was partly because Santiago has more interesting things to see than we thought, but also because the hostel is just such a great place to stay. The atmosphere is very comfy, you feel pretty much at...

This hostel was nice but quite scary how full of very young Brits it was! Maybe better for a younger crowd or those on whirlwind tours as they did have lots of stuff organised for guests Really really creaky beds in the dormitory as well!

Amazing location, can walk everywhere downtown Santiago. Less then a 15 min walks for most museums, statues, parks, night life, and downtown historic center(s). Nice and clean place to stay, with great and accommodating staff. Well worth it!

I really enjoyed this hostel. It was central, close to Plaza de Armas, the fish marked, and Bellavista is in walking distance aswell. The staff was very friendly, and it seems like they have a lot of people of different nationalities in the reception. The breakfast was simple, but very cozy, they set the tables, so it felt like having...

Regina is a great place to stay. I stayed here 2 separate times. The staff are friendly; the place is clean; showers are hot. Several restaurants and cool bars are nearby. The rooftop terrace is great, but it closes early (like 12 or 1) and is sometimes filled with restaurant eaters. They do provide breakfast between 8-10 and it consists...

“I´ve been in two rooms in this hostel: the first one was of 6 people and includes bathroom, and the other one was of 8 people without bathroom. The first was much expensive, because of the bathroom, but it was tiny. I preferred the second, because it had a window and more place. But, the last turned to the street, and there was a little bit cars noise.”
